The hotel is very comfortable and has great amenities. Breakfast is good also. Our son has severe food allergies and the staff were extremely accommodating to ensure he had safe, tasty food and wasn’t left hungry. The swimming pool and play areas are great for kids.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in a Premium Mountain View room with a balcony featuring uninterrupted views of Mount Riddell.
The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We had dinner and buffet breakfast at Banyalla restaurant. We also went swimming in the heated pool and walking along the walking tracks within the resort.
Undercover car parking is good, with two levels of car parking.
Service was excellent, from time of check in to time of check out.
We have been to all the RACV resorts over the years, except for the Resort in Cobram, which we will visit next month.

My wife and I have been regulars at RACV Healesville for 25 years. When Club members were notified that the Country Club was being opened to the general public I thought the sky would fall in. It hasn't, in fact we love to see younger guests and large families enjoying this outstanding facility. Certainly there have been changes. Dress code of smart casual has in many cases been re interpreted, but nothing is static, times change and more casual baseball hats in reverse are now acceptable at dinner. Our fellow guests were lovely and there has never been a problem. The staff, to a person, are magnificent, kind, helpful, and bursting a gusset to make our short two night stay as comfortable as possible on a couple of freezing rainy winter days. Meals in Banyala restaurant were top notch with excellent service and the breakfast buffet lacks nothing. With just over an hours drive from our home it is our 'go to' place for a short break. There are rooms priced to suit most budgets, but just a tip....If you can spend a bit more go for a Mountain View room on the second floor (same level as the Restaurant).

As you pull up to RACV Healesville Country Club and Resort it looks beautiful, clean and modern. Riddles green is aesthetically pleasing and warm, although unfortunately this is where the clean and warm vibes ends. Our room was extremely dirty with a musky smell. The carpet was so stained it must have never been cleaned, dead moths everywhere and cobwebs in every corner of the room. Bathroom was below standard cleanliness, and should have never been signed off for guest to use. For $391.30 a night, I would expect a clean room where I can be comfortable and relax. The pool while we were staying was lap swimming only, which was abit unfortunate because it was a hot day and we wished to just relax in/by the pool.
I have been to most RACV accomodations now in Victoria and the boarder, and this by far was the worst.

This is another RACV that delivers great value for money especially if you are a member. The grounds and the building are very well maintained.i did not try the golf course while I was there but it looked very inviting. The room was very good sized with a balcony that overlooks greens. On some mornings one can see loads of kangaroo feeding on the grass. The only issue is that The breakfast buffet could have been a bit better - lacks variety.

We recently stayed overnight in the resort with a range of family members spread out over three rooms as a weekend getaway. The resort is great for that purpose, as we were able to spend time together at the restaurant, member's lounge and other amenities without having to go elsewhere.
We had dinner at Banyalla which was well received by most of the family, service was friendly and warm and there was a decent and well-priced wine list. The vegetarian options were pretty light on and a bit old fashioned though. Definitely make dinner reservations in advance if you can. Breakfast was served in the same space the next morning and featured a good spread.
Lovely weekend away and it would also be great place to stay in the warmer weather to make full use of the outdoor resort amenities. Plus all the great wineries to visit close by - bonus!

My review is based on the very poor dinning experience , two nights in a row.
Friday night , we ordered food from the Riddell Green restaurant. The steaks served were cooked but served at just above room temperature.. Edible but very ordinary. Certainly not something you expect from a commercial kitchen. The deserts were below par too . Also 1 order never arrived. Not a good start.
Biut Saturday night topped it off . We booked a group of 20 at Banyalla for dinner .We were advised that we would need to be in 2 groups for Al acarte dinning ., which we agreed on . However we were all seated on one table to our surprise. Then the entrees started to be served. But we had not ordered any f ood as yet. We quizzed the staff and they advisef that it's a set menu for groups . That's when the excuses started from the staff. However it was clear the kitchen staff decided that we were goong to have the $98 pp set menu , like it or not Then to make it worse all the main meals come out to share .
The steaks were pre cut into pieces and were presented terribly . To make it even worse they were cold again .
When I complained that serving cold steaks two nights in a row is very poor, I got excuses again. I requested an entire steak to be cooked with some sides. Low and behold , I was presented with a minute steak on top of some chips . I promply sent it back without taking a bite.
Possibly the worst dinning experience Ive had.
Time to clean out the kitchen staff and serv hot food.

We had dinner in the restaurant. It has stunning views over the nearby hills. The service was excellent, the waiting staff were very attentive and it has a good upmarket presentation and atmosphere. The food was extremely good, my beef brisket was particularly tasty. I would definitely recommend this establishment if you are looking for somewhere superior to eat or stay

From the rooms to the Banyalla restaurant staff to the One Spa experience we were treated like royalty. Food was extra special and all staff we came in contact with were friendly, professional and no request was too much for them to assist with. Special mention to Charlotte at Banyalla

We had a large comfortable room. The ac could not be adjusted and we felt very cold. The room was quiet and clean. Staff were friendly. We did not like the exclusive nature of aspects of the resort which were for members only. We were lent some tennis ball which were very dead and useless for a hit of tennis. The pool area was clean and well maintained. Other racv resorts offer a more inclusive experience.

Yes, it is Noon to 4pm.
My wife and I are serious Tea drinkers, so we also enjoyed having a pot of 'tea for two' sometimes with a sandwich, as we prefer a light lunch, or afternoon tea, and the cost is less than the High Tea option. Importantly, the pot of tea is real tea, not just a tea bag in a cup!
If you are an RACV member you can get an overall discount. I do not know about a spa gift voucher. Give it a try if you are a member. Nothing lost unless you try. Ring the RACV head office at Sandown Victoria.
I have stayed in rooms that have either a mountain view or a golf course view. The golf course view looks over the course and towards some hills in the distance and has a seating area outside. The mountain view naturally looks out over the mountains and the room has a higher elevation. It also has a balcony with seating outside.
I am not a smoker so I do not know about smoking areas.
There are more places to choose from in the Healesville area.
