Spacious, inviting, cabin with all our needs catered to. Friendly, jovial staff made for a relaxed atmosphere. All areas well presented. Delicious large share platter. A fantastic escape for a little time out.

Beautifully appointed cottages set in a peaceful bush setting. We took a wander through the vines as the sun went down. Food can be a bit of a challenge for dinner, so we brought our own and enjoyed it with the excellent Gisborne Peak wines. Highly recommended!

Hi Andrew, Thank you for choosing to visit Gisborne Peak and to stay at our Eco Cottages. We appreciate your feedback. Miost visitors join us for a hearty lunch then do what you did and enjoy a light supper in the privacy of their cottage and deck with BBQ which is self contained. There are many dining options a short...

We came to view the region with an overseas visitor. We are familiar with the area ourselves. Gisborne Peak is perfect for us, who love seclusion, but was a little hard on our visitor as she was trying to catch up with more friends after our stay, and mobile phone coverage was difficult. My husband and I would be very...

Hi Sue, Thank you for bringing your overseas friends to visit and stay. And we appreciate you taking the time to write a review. Yes we are secluded amongst the vines and the rolling hills. Our phone and WiFi is somewhat unreliable but always remember our staff are there to help, just ask and we are happy for our guests...

We stayed two nights mid week, very peaceful location, quite a drive to find a restaurant in Gisborne. The cabins are spacious, well appointed and ideal for a couple. Breakfast provisions( milk and juice) not replenished 2nd night. Will will know next time.

Beautiful Staff, Beautiful Location. Cabins immaculate and a sense of generosity all around. We chose a mid-week "retreat" and the venue was just perfect for this. Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Gisborne Peak Winery Eco-Cottages (Macedon Ranges) is a place where relaxation, luxury, sustainability and fine wine all come together. Each of the 4 eco-cottages are self-contained and sleep two people. They are nestled into the hillside overlooking the vines and the lake. Perfect for relaxing, reading, talking or just watching the grapes grow! You can always have a tasting of the estate grown wines at the cellar door and even help out in the vineyard with seasonal activities if you want. On Friday through Sundays the wood-fired oven cooks delicious pizzas, prawns and more to match with the Gisborne Peak wine range. One of the advantages of the Gisborne South location is the close proximity to Melbourne and the airport. No need to waste time getting here – spend that time instead settling in and enjoying the sights, sounds and tastes of the Macedon Ranges. What you get in the Macedon Ranges is honesty and authentic passion. What you get at Gisborne Peak Winery Eco-Cottages is all of that plus comfort, food & wine and relaxation. Why wait?
