Can't fault the size of the apartment and its proximity to the shopping centre. Well stocked kitchen with full oven. Could use just a little brush up - apartment needed a really good vacuum, not just a token sweep, and restocking of coffee pods (three for five nights??). Wifi is slow and drops often and is limited to 300Mb a... More

Very good quality apartment as per usual Quest standard. Would highly recommend this accommodation. As we didn't know the area we did drive in to town and also due to rain we didn't attempt to walk but not too far from restaurants and the main town area

We have enjoyed multiple stays over several years and cannot fault the quality of the property or the staff - a wonderfully friendly, helpful and welcoming team. Apartments are spacious and well appointed, and always clean, fresh and inviting after a long journey. We look forward to returning again in the future.

First night was great, nice and quite. Second night the most ferral bogan druggies moved in and were both doing and selling drugs in the room next to me. Wasn't the apartments fault, how were they to know. The staff there were fantastic, quick to act, moved me to a different room, were very friendly.

Beautiful and clean apartment, friendly helpful staff. Parking was convenient although a little tight for us country folk. We only stayed overnight for our family wedding which was at the Baxter Barn so we didn't really get to enjoy Frankston too much.

The hotel is a short walking distance from the town, so great location. The room came with basic cooking facilities, but since the reason for the visit was a family reunion it didn't get used for more than breakfasts. I was expecting to do the dishes myself, but housekeeping washed them for me on the few days I didn't manage... More

I have stayed here before many times due to the location to my head office. Always friendly staff and the rooms are great and clean. Would love a chocolate on my pillow though??? I did also love to hand written note welcoming me back.

Be careful not to get a connecting room if you don't need one as it was very noisy, especially when kids were on the other side. The location is very handy and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly. We had a studio room and the tv was small.
