We stayed 3 nights on a powered tent site. The Good: clean amenities. Nice green grass for the tent. Good camp kitchen. Lots of trees. The Bad: the shower hot water- my first shower had no pressure and no hot water, 2nd shower had pressure but not much hot water ( just managed to wash my hair) 3rd shower good...

Thank you for your insightful review, we have taken your comments seriously and are sorry to hear your discomfort in a few areas. The plumber fixed the problem shortly after receiving your feedback. As we need lighting at night, we have revised the lighting to achieve the balance between security and comfort. Unfortunately we require the security cameras to be...

We booked for 3 nights on an ensuite site. The reception was friendly, efficient and helpful. The large ensuite was very clean and had small shampoo and conditioner which was a lovely touch. There was a rec room with wifi. The general feel of the park was that it was in need of maintenance. Like other reviewers the grass needed...

Thank you for your constructive comments. We are sorry you had this experience at our park. The camp kitchen has since been renovated addressing its shortcomings and our staff have been more vigilant with keeping the grass and trees trimmed so your next visit is an improvement on your last. We stayed several nights on a drive through site which was narrow mainly due to the overgrown hedges ..This made it almost too narrow to erect the awning on our caravan. All the hedges and shrubs are in dire need of a good trim which would tidy the park up considerably. For a Big4 It was rather disappointing and we...

This park was peaceful and quiet, for a relaxing getaway. It was nice and shady for campers, although the TV reception on our site was very poor. Good location to visit Arthur's seat and the Peninsula, and easy access to shopping and food outlets. Amenities block was always clean. Could do with a games room to cater for older kids.

Thank you for your kind words, we are glad you enjoyed your time with us. We have recently installed new television aerials in the park to service some of the powered sites that need greater signal. Thank you for the review of the rec room, and we are currently reviewing that situation. Kind regards, Ken Davis BIG4 Mornington Peninsula Holiday...

This caravan park is well located for the Mornington Peninsula and also for trips into Melbourne. It is easy to access from either the west or east of the state, making use of the tollways. Reception staff were friendly at check-in and throughout our stay. This caravan park would appear to be divided into different sections - the permanents villas,...

We had a new ensuite next to our caravan. It was just like a hotel room bathroom with mini soaps, shampoos, etc. Peaceful location with birds, yet close to shops and Frankston waterfront. Staff were friendly and helpful. Well maintained park with many cabins for hire.

Wonderful place to stay, a well thought out park. It would be great for families the playground facilities are wonderful with bbq area next to the playground. I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom cabin, full fridge and stove, great cooking facilities. Clean and comfortable.

We stayed recently at this park. We thought it expensive for the location in the middle of winter. Drive through sites but quite muddy with no concrete slab. No senior discount but big 4 discount. Might be better in warmer weather as the ground could dry out.

The cabins were great, you have everything you need in there for cooking and cleaning! All you need is your food. The sheets/blankets are abit outdated and heavy not really comfortable. All linen is supplied which is also handy. Had trouble with reception when checking in... I booked something specific and was told not avaliable. Lack of communication from there...
