The hotel's rooms are a hit among travelers for their quietness, spaciousness, and comfort, not to mention the range of amenities that contribute to a satisfying stay.
The cleanliness of the hotel is another point of praise, with the facility being well-maintained and rooms kept spotless. Detailed Reviews
My partner and I rated our stay at St Leonards Quest very highly. During the height of virus restrictions we were forced to relocate from our unit due to flood repair. The staff at Quest went out of their way to offer to show us the options we had for an extended stay of nearly two weeks. The design of our "room" was spacious, comfortable and functional. The test of the unit was how easy we found it living there for that period. The room was large and square with an additional kitchen in a galley design and washer and drying in the spacious bathroom. We cooked few meals and there were many great takeaway and delivery options in St Leonards and Crows Nest.
The staff couldn't have been nicer or more effective. They chased up all requests and promptly assisted us with inquiries. Indeed they went out of their way to help us manage at a difficult time for us, assisting with office support where needed.
We enjoyed our time at Quest. It is only about a kilometre from our home so we knew the area but got to appreciate it in a new way. We chose the particular unit design from what was available and were rewarded when we discovered how well it worked for us. The TV screen could be watched from the lounge and lounge chairs or the king size bed behind. Lighting was effective and there was an additional desk for our use. Overall, we were very happy with the accommodation and the service of the staff.

Our niece booked this visit and we could not have had a better stay. The studio room was large and bright with windows on two sides. The room was quiet with no noise detectable from inside the building or from outside. Comfortable beds.
Reception and front of house staff were al friendly and helpful.

This is a great venue for business travellers. Great location. Good amenities. Free WiFi. Staff were very friendly and made check-in and check-out easy. Security deposit of $50 was very reasonable compared to other venues. Apartments were well appointed and laundry facilities inside unit were modern. I was even given a complimentary upgrade which was a nice surprise for my three day trip. I could not fault the service or venue. Great location, a Coles 150m away. Easy access to motorway back to airport. Taxi fare from airport was approx $62.00 - so it met all my requirements and only 1min walk to my business offices. Great cafes and restaurants in the immediate area

I chose Quest St Leonards because it was within walking distance to my office. But for the price I have to pay (which was already a special price because I called up) and the facilities I saw, it's not quite value for money in my personal opinion. The room was basic - instant coffee sachet and just 1-2 tea bags (I've stayed in cheaper hotels that have the nespresso machine with like 4-5 selections of tea). They do have the usual small cooktop and microwave so it makes it easy to cook yourself some nice hot food if you want. Don't get me wrong, the room is clean and neat and good quality. But I felt that for the same quality, I could easily find something at least a hundred dollars cheaper, especially during these covid times.

Hi ikax, Thanks for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you had an average stay, even though our rooms are clean, neat and of good quality. Our larger room types do have coffee machines in them, but as you have suggested you would have to pay a bit more for this. We are the only hotel in St Leonards with a pool and spa, and we apologise if you feel that our facilities are not value for money, even if we are very conveniently located. Kind regards, The Quest St Leonards Team.

I travelled for business reasons and required accommodation close to Crows Nest area. Quest St Leonard's has excellent amenities and is in a great location. With cafes & restaurants close by, finding dinner or breakfast options on the way in or out is a breeze. Car parking is also available at location with overflow parking available at the secure underground Train Station parking facility within 2 minutes walk of Quest St Leonards. Highly recommended, will return and stay again!

We are rural people and had to stay close to Royal North Shore Hospital. The Quest was in a great location and the staff are lovely.
We were able to drive to Sydney and park our car there, for a small fee, so we didn't have to rely on 4-5 hours of public transport to get us home post surgery.

If you need to be around St. Leonards area, Quest St Leonards is a good location to stay during your trip. It is minutes away from the train station, grocery store and food (MacDonald's and KFC). If housekeeping can wash the used dishes and cups, including vacuuming the room in their process, that will surely increase ratings.

My sister and I were in Sydney to visit my neice, who was a patient at Royal North Shore Hospital. QUEST is a 15 minute walk to thQUEST, as well as a supermarket. We were able to walk to and from our room 3 times a day to visit. Our room contained a double hotplate, toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave, plus enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils to cook complete meals. Beds were very comfy. Very clean serviced room.

Great place to stay with all you need. We stayed in the executive suite, which was a very large modern room that was clean. The laundry facilities (Washer & Dryer) were super useful as we had been traveling and needed to clean our clothes. We made use of the outdoor spa and pool facilities. There is also a gym that we did not have time to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I will be staying here again.

Hi, apologies for the lateness of the reply. We do daily servicing of rooms every day, and every 3rd day there is a full service, change of linen etc. If you stay for an extended period of time, we will work with you to come up with a servicing schedule that works for you. Hope this helps! Ben Cowled, Property Manager, Quest St Leonards.
Hi Emma, apologies for the delay in responding, we don't often get messages through Trip Advisor! Car parking is not included in any of our rates, as we do only have very limited parking - 14 spots for our 79 apartments. It is best to book ahead if you require, and we can add it to your reservation. It is $25 per night and secure and undercover. I hope this helps, and again sorry for the delay. Kind regards, Ben Cowled, Property Manager.
You can catch the train from Circular Quay to St Leonards, with one change at Wynyard station. It is also about a 15 minute taxi ride, depending on traffic. Hope this helps!
