These apartments are minutes from the Corso but far enough away for weekend music and activity in the night spots to be well and truly muted. Small living areas and the apartment we stayed in had an odd split level floor plan but beyond that given we only needed a couple of beds and somewhere to park our stuff it...

Excellent personal service from Paul Tania and Matt, the family, at Manly Beach Holiday and Executive Apartments. Nothing is too much trouble as we found when we stayed before. When we contacted them in October '15 they could not make a reservation for the 2 night stays we asked for in Feb/March '16 as the minimum is 5 nights in...

Our family has booked several times with Manly Beach Holiday and Executive Apartments, a family business located in the plaza nearby, Paul, Tania and Mat are friendly and helpful. This year my elderly mum and I stayed in a studio apartment in Central Ave. Comfortable and clean with everything necessary for self catering. This year we had a reasonable view across...

This is confusing, surely this is not the Manly Waterside Holidays (manlyholidays.com.au) we have all been told to avoid , unless you are homeless. (And even then it's a toss up between the public toilets and this dump on Short Street 1) Perhaps they are hijacking the name or description or something of this establishment here. Anyway, just double check...

This apartment met our needs recently when we had the long week end in Manly for the Jazz Festival. Really spacious & the position is great, smack bang in central Manly. No car needed at all. Walk to all the shops, restaurants & beach. Easy to book this & were met within minutes of our arrival. Very comfortable bed &...

We stayed for 2 long weekends, a month apart in a standard studio apartment, the first time upgraded to deluxe without us asking. Booked through Manly Beach Holiday and Executive Apartments, a family business located in the plaza nearby, Paul, Tania and Mat being most helpful. Comfortable clean rooms, the deluxe studio huge, with everything necessary for self catering. A...

hmmm, googling Waterside Holiday Apartments can lead to the website of Manly Waterside Holidays which uses the following intro: Manly Waterside Holiday Apartments offers fully self-contained apartments in Manly... Sounds familiar? We know because this is the route we followed, as naive as it sounds Anyway, this is misleading at best and scamming at worst so make up your own...

Please stay away from this place, Don't get fooled by the fact that Leonie and John appear to be nice people. They offer rubbish and keep on demanding for your credit card details and will take all the money they think they can get of you. When checking out they will keep your credit card slip and will refuse to...

The place smelt very badly of stale urine. The kettle was unclean. It also concerned me that i informed them of the issue and they disregarded my concerns. Would never recommend this place to anyone nor would I stay there again. Only thing going for this place was location, security and the layout of the apartment. The free wifi was...

Staying in Manly

Neighbourhood Profile
A 40-minute ferry ride from Circular Quay will take you to the famous northern beach of Manly. The beaches here are perfect for learning to surf or spending the day sun-tanning. The walk from Spit Bridge to Manly is a great way to experience Sydney Harbour Bay and the Australian bush land. Along the foreshore, there are plenty of watering holes and wine bars with excellent cuisine. There are plenty of kid-friendly restaurants as well, especially along the family-oriented areas like Shelly Beach. An excellent way to experience Manly is to rent a bike and explore the dedicated bike paths and off road trails. The North Head National Park is another must-see. Located on the southern tip of Manly, North Head National Park offers great bushwalks and panoramic views of the city.
