Stayed here for one night recently and thought on the whole, it was quite good. Easy to get to, room pleasant, room service ok. Only issues was a lamp that was in the room was dangerous (reported to staff on departure) and the room service good could have been hotter. Otherwise happy with my stay

We stayed here for 8 nights. The management and staff were excellent could not fault it. The Hotel has a lift a must for people who can not walk up stairs, free parking. We have stayed in more expensive Hotels in Sydney but from now on we will be staying at the Royal Pacific Hotel. A big thank you to...

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We really appreciate it. You are right, we do get a bit more freedom as a small, stand alone property and we always love seeing our new friends returning. Thank you again for providing feedback.

Lovely rooms but housekeeping was not upto scratch.. bed was not made properly and towels not restocked. Food was average and service was horrible. Management is rude & judgmental, old & stiff. I acidentally left my key in my room and when request was made for a new one.. there was no one on reception late at night & i...

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I am really surprised the hear your comments on housekeeping as you were here for a week and made no mention of this the whole time, despite talking to us many times. We also queried many times about how the food was but never heard any information on it being average....

Have stayed here twice and excellent both times. Room recently renovated, clean and fresh and comfortable with 2 easy chairs to sit in as well as excellent storage for clothes. Free parking and bus stops to city and Chatswood outside the door. Staff are all wonderful with strong customer service focus without being in your face. The breakfast available Weekdays...

I stayed here for business and had a pleasant stay. Although the hotel is on a main road, there was no traffic noise to all the rooms facing the back of the building. My room was clean, quiet & comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Would certainly stay here again if I ever return to the area.

This is my second time staying here and I couldn't recommend it more. By far the best hotel in the North Shore. Always pleasant checking in and the staff are great. The rooms are modern and stylish, well appointed and comfortable. I'll continue coming here for business and leisure.

After flying for 17 hrs straight from the US myself, husband and son were quite exhausted. The staff upon arrival were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious and cozy with a view! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. We sat at the bar for dinner and the bartender was very friendly...

The hotel was nice well located the room was clean but the staff was not polite. After 10h driving we were expected at least to see a smile on their face ( especially from the night auditor) Not far from city by car.

Yes this place has a great view especially from the higher floors. You can see as far south as the cloud cover on a given day would allow you to see. But I was surprised to see that to access the rooms you basically walk in from an outside exposed corridor. It is okay for a short term stay. The...

Thank you for he feedback. We do get some great views on clear days, an often recommend people choose the Exec King rooms on higher floors to make the most of this. Would you mind contacting the hotel to let us know which room you were in, as we do not have fans in the bathroom and we would love...
