We spent 2 nights at this hotel and had an air conditioning problem, but the issue was resolved quickly. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be back. We actually made another reservation before we left.
My La Quinta Stay was nice comfortable and enjoyable I will most definitely come back and stay again, breakfast was nice and on point, staff was friendly, hotel is well kept and clean, very nice location, quiet area and convient, close to metro transportation, stores, gas station and mall I love it
The staff were great! The room were presentable. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! Close to the Outlet Mall. Alongside highway 1. Plenty of restaurants and fast joints within minutes of drive. Quite night.
Definitely wouldn’t suggest this hotel. Rooms were old fashion and smell funny. I was so disappointed. Wasn’t told the doors locked after a certain time couldn’t get back in building. It was a disaster from the start at check in! Never again
Was in town for a funeral and I must say the floor(carpet) in the room was sticky, a dead roach on the wall and roaches in the bathroom. The breakfast was terrible and it’s just a place to sleep. The pool was filthy so I chose to drive 45 minutes to the beach instead of using the muddy looking oil.
This is not a hotel you want to check your family into. It was very shady out side and guests. It was loud scary. We would come home late and had to have the uber drop us off almost inside because outside was so scary. Last night we saw a man bring in a lady of the night to his room to put it nicely. There was yelling and things being thrown that we could here.
we had booked a room here and were going to be landing pretty late at Miami. Our flight got delayed and we didn't end up landing until 3 am. We were exhausted! After a mess up with Budget Rental Car (i will NEVER rent from them again!), we finally got a pickup truck to rent. I went to check in to our hotel via the app, and the res was not found. I called and they said they cancelled us as a no show even though I had guaranteed our reservation with a credit card. They re-sold our room and told us we were out of luck! It was $225 which was way overpriced anyway but we just needed somewhere to sleep before we headed down to the keys for our spring break. THere were no other hotels or motels with any rooms and because we had a pick up truck (4 adults and 4 pcs of luggage) we couldn't just pull into a parking lot and try to sleep for a bit until daylight or our luggage would have been stolen out of the truck bed. So they basically double dipped and made $500 on the hotel room we were supposed to have. The manager on duty said she would refund our money even though it was "past the cancellation date". If she does (I have not seen any refund yet) I will change this review. If she does not, I'm going to be so pissed off.…
No service at all. No towel change for 3 days. No toilet paper. You have to ask for that at front desk.ants in the room. breakfast was ok though, but bagels were stale. Bad not worth for money service.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! UNSANITARY CONDITIONS!! IT WAS SO BAD I CALLED THE BOARD OF HEALTH. HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED...We checked into around 2 pm with our newborn baby and we had to evacuate the family after only a few hours to find somewhere else to stay for the night. The carpets were very wet. I realized when I took my shoes off and started walking on the carpet. My socks were wet within a few steps. The room smelled liked mold/mildew, so we put the AC hoping it would be better and it made it worse. My wife started getting a rash on her face after about 2.5 hours. That was enough for me to pack up the family and leave. I couldn't take the chance with my newborn baby. I spoke to the front desk manager as we were leaving to inform her of the situation. She was very kind and apologetic for what had happened. She mentioned the carpets were cleaned that morning and she apologized several times. She assured me that I would be refunded my stay and a manager would call the next day to take care of everything. I received a call from the front desk the follow day and the person was simply relaying a message from the manager that they would not refund my money. That was upsetting, but the fact that the coward didn't even have the courage to call me direct to see how my wife and baby were doing was what really pissed me off. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel and I've traveled the world. It is absolutely appalling that the manager would not pick up the phone him/herself after being told what had happened to one of their guests. I was simply asking for a refund due to the circumstances (very reasonable) and I am now considering contacting my lawyer because this is completely unacceptable. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!…
But they needed something hot at breakfast like a waffle or pancake machine. It was pick up and go stuff but they did have nice place to sit. Pool was closed due to wrong non skid treads but the area around the pool could at least be kept clean.
