Detailed Reviews
Can not recommend this site enough Sharon and Dean make you feel very welcome and go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be. The pitches are good sizes and set out very well. Electric is paid for on a top up card when you arrive and will be refunded if you pay by cash if you haven't used it all. Can't comment on the shower facilities as we used our on board facilities, a new shower block is well on the way to being finished and looks great. Lovely walks around the park and great fishing on site. A great camp site so glad we found it , we will definitely be back.

Our 2nd visit to Bluebell Park and still ad lovely as it was. The owners ate friendly and accommodating and wr recieved a nice warm welcome.
We had a hard standing pitch- decent size with a grass plot next to it. We travelled with friends and the owners had no problem trying to accommodate tents and caravans together so we could share a decent space.
Nice, clean toilets block and plenty of space for the kids to run and and play (there's a lovely little play area with a slide, swing and mud kitchen!).
A new addition this year is the cafe- reasonable and freshly tasty food (and cake).
Fishing on site, children are welcome (and encouraged!) To fish with adults which is lovely.
This is definitely one our of favourite sites.

This was a multifaceted holiday, we booked this as a motorbike club, some in motorhomes towing bike trailers, others on their bikes bringing tents. Sharron and Dean ensured we had the appropriate locations on the fields, hardstanding for motorhomes.
There was a great menu available for breakfast and lunch, Sharron will pack your meal and a takeaway drink if you don't want to eat in the cafe. Ideal if you're fishing.
As we booked as a large group Sharron opened in the evening to cater for us, it was highly appreciated and the food was superb.
For the youngsters, they are due to open a petting area, they have goats, sheep, chickens, pigs and a couple of ponies. Make sure you ask Sharron for fresh eggs!
Barmouth is approx 1 hour away and Lake Vyrnwy and Bala Lake are well worth a visit.
The fishing on site is fantastic, a great place to relax.
You can't walk to local facilities. There is a fish and chip shop and a Chinese around 5 miles away. There is a petrol station there with a mini shop.
If you are looking for a location to relax this is it.
We can't thank Sharron and Dean enough for looking after us.

Huge thank you to Dean and Sharon for making our stay at Bluebell Park a memorable one. This site is a hidden gem and cannot recommend it enough. Close enough to local amenities for essentials and days out but far enough away to feel like you're wild camping. Great on site facilities and activities to keep the young ones entertained. Can't wait to return and see the owners visions and plans come to life.

2 nights in beautiful surroundings on a spotless and very well maintained site. Fishing was very good and kept two 14 year olds occupied with some great catches. Need to drive to get to any shops, pubs etc. but if you enjoy getting away from it all and getting 'dug in' this is definitely a place for you. On site toliet, shower and washing up facilities spotless. Owners were very helpful and friendly. We will return.

Lovely site, very clean and tidy. Very friendly couple who own it. Made very welcome and nothing too much trouble. Nice walks, missed the bluebells but I bet the woods were just beautiful when they are in full bloom. Definitely will be going again.

It was a beautiful quite relaxing place to pitch our campervan. The facilities are spotless and wonderful hot showers. The owners Sharon and Dean are extremely welcoming and nothing was to much trouble for them. Their new food is perfect in their new cafe and this is definitely a place to visit

We came across Bluebell by accident. It is a very beautiful area, management were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Facilities are exactly what you want, they don't charge for your dog, and we will definitely visit again in our motorhome.
