Detailed Reviews
I stayed with my husband for one night and felt very welcomed at Noddfa. The room was very comfortable, the shower was powerful and the hosts were super welcoming and friendly. A lovely house and perfect spot. We were treated with a full english breakfast and catered for all my picky needs ! It was just like staying with family away from home.

We’ve visited Welshpool many times, but for my birthday my husband booked us into Noddfa House B&B, Heather and her husband Dave were so welcoming, our every need was catered for, room comfortable, nice personnel touches, home baked cookies, wine, selection of tea, very clean, great view, modern bathroom, lots of hot water, delicious breakfast. Central to some lovely places to visit. Will be returning very soon.

We weren't booked in at Noddfa house, we were a family of 4 stranded from the flooding and Heather and David took us in for the night, so friendly down to earth people that would do anything for you, they saved us from a cold night in our car, beds and bedrooms were warm comfy and big, breakfast lovely and Heather's biscuits and fruit cake also lovely, such nice people had some nice chats, thank you to you both for everything and hope to come back next year x

We stayed for just an evening as visiting family. Absolutely wonderful place with lovely views from the front and back. Ample on-site parking, clean and tidy rooms with WIFI, spacious bathrooms.
Plenty of choices when it came to breakfast - full English, choices of cereals etc - made sure we were set for the day.
Would recommend and stay again

I volunteer at the nearby Welshpool & Llanfair Railway and normally stay in there
Youth hostel type accommodation. But it was going to be a real busy weekend at the Railway. I want a room to myself for once
Luckily this place had a room free for the Friday night . What a treat , lovely comfortable bed and nice room too. My room was opposite the bathroom which was very good. A lovely bathroom with a good powerful shower or you could have had a bath . There was also a shower room downstairs which was also very good .
The breakfast was just brilliant, full English set me up for the day . All in all a lovely treat . Very friendly and nothing was to much trouble.
Would I stay again ? YES for sure

My Daughter and I stayed at Noddfa House as a stopover on our way the Bala. Heather was very helpful even before we got there recommending places to eat. A lovely warm welcome when we got there - tea and delicious homemade cake. Room was clean and very comfortable with every attention to detail. Despite our early start we had a lovely breakfast made to order. Definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again.

I made a last minute booking as I needed to break a drive up, and Noddfa House was perfect. It's a traditional bed and breakfast set-up, with absolutely lovely rooms and extra touches. Big choice of drinks in room (Even a small bottle of really good wine), comfy bed, lovely breakfast for which there was loads of choice. I was travelling home on my own and it was just what I needed. If you need somewhere to stay on the way down to the coast or travelling up through Mid-Wales, it's spot on perfect.
