Visited with friends and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were very well looked after by superb hosts Paul and John. The house has a warm and friendly feel about it and is furbished with genuine Victorian attire all of which is presented in an immaculate state. The beds are something else and one thing...

We had a lovely stay at The Old Vicarage, feeling thoroughly pampered from our arrival to our departure. The attention to detail here is amazing, applied to the house in general and to the food. The hosts, Paul and John, were so keen to make sure that we had everything to suit us. The emphasis on local, even home grown...

Another 2 days break on our way to Northern Wales. Again this place went all out to ensure our comfort. The Old Vicarage is well placed so that we didn't have to travel far on our days out. Went by train to lovely Llandrindod Wells.

We are regular visitors to the old vicarage, and absolutely love going there. The accommodation is fabulous and the scenery and outlook idyllic. The food is always varied and exquisite. Thank you both for yet another superb stay.

The Old Vicarage is a lovely, well appointed B&B which is beautifully restored and immaculately presented. We enjoyed the relaxed and friendly atmosphere that Paul and John have created - feeling very much like house guests rather than customers. The food is of a very high standard and Paul the chef is very knowledgeable about the local produce he uses....

This was our 4th visit back to the old vicarage, it is very special to us as we got engaged there. As always the house was beautiful with Paul and John being perfect hosts. We had a lovely meal on my birthday and I recommend the food and accommodation. See you again soon!

The Arundel Society prints captivated us; as did the hosts, the top notch food, the splendid bed, with blankets (not duvet), the garden design, and perfect peace. Our stay here was very special and we are delighted to have experienced this haven.

Everything about The Old Vicarage is exceptional -- the house itself is stunning and immaculately restored. The owners are so lovely and outdid themselves with the breakfasts and room amenities. The gardens are really stunning and meticulously kept, and the location is ideal and very peaceful. It was a perfect stay. And I should add that the bed was the...
