Just a one night stay but couldn't have chosen better. The room was well equipped and comfortable with a great en-suite. The breakfast was excellent and with views from the dining room window which were breathtaking. Very welcoming and great location for exploring all the area has to offer from beaches, waterfalls, mountains and castles. Would recommend very highly.

Amazing views lovely spacious. room with a comfortable bed. Superb breakfast. Great hospitality. Walking distance of town for choice of eateries. Would think it would be a good place to stay if you were walking Only 2 letting rooms which is nice.

Stayed for one night. The room had a large en-suite and excellent views. Close to the centre of town and (inevitably) close to the mountains and natural beauty of the area. The owners were welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was superb. Some highlights: large bedroom with a sofa, a well stocked bookshelf in the room. Lovely lounge / breakfast...

I stayed 4 nights at Dyfi View to attend the Machynlleth music festival, they were most welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and excellent facilities. Good view over the valley from my room also in the lounge/dining area. The food was also very good with a wide range including for vegan diet. Wonderful home made jams too. I...

Lovely place to stay with great views over the Dovey valley. Clean, spacious -- a good choice of breakfast including vegetarian options. Our host Mike & Gill were friendly, helpful & great fun. Easy access by road, bus & train.

This is probably the best B&B we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail was second to none. We loved the special little touches like the home made jam and the immense choice of breakfasts that catered for all. The bedroom was beautiful. Super king, comfy bed, a variety of teas and the most wonderful view. Mike and Jill...

My vegan friend and I occupied a room each at Dyfiview B&B for a long weekend in early July 2015. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, with vegan biscuits thoughtfully provided in the hospitality tray. Gill and Mike were very helpful and friendly and prepared a lovely full vegan breakfast every day, which we enjoyed in the bright lounge...

We stayed at Dyfiview for just one nght with our 3 year old. Situation is in a quiet cul-de-sac not far from the train station and 5 minute walk to the main road in town with restaurants etc. Gill and Mike were very welcoming with Mike giving us a full run down on the B&B facilities and local eateries. Thank you for this lovely review. It's great to know we can cater well for young families even though we don't particularly specialise in this field. Glad you enjoyed your stay - be great to see you again some time.

Beautiful weather helped, but they had all the small things in place as well as a lovely room (great shower, strawberries for breakfast, home made jam etc) and the house itself has amazing views while only being a short walk from the centre of the village. Best stop of the holiday.

We only stayed one night with Gill & Mike at Dyfiview whilst walking the Wales Coast Path but would happily have stayed longer. Our double/family room was spacious, comfortable and clean and the hosts were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast menu was varied, well presented and cooked with quality ingredients - I can vouch for the delicious Welsh Rarebit. Would...
