Stayed one Saturday night while walking Offa. Comfortable rooms (twin much larger than double) but noise from pub and outside continued to 1.00 a.m. Cooked breakfast was average, and the uncooked breakfast offering decidedly pre-packed.

Centrally located in Knighton, the location was handy for the train station. The pub had a local crowd of regulars all afternoon. The outside biergarten was taken over by smokers, but the dining room was deserted at dinner time, so we decided to eat elsewhere....More
