Situated opposite the university, this guest house is perfectly situated. It's cleanliness is second to none, extending to all rooms. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The rooms are inviting, as are the hosts. Breakfast is to order and you are asked on arriving to fill out what you would like for the following morning. There was an... More

Invited to a Wedding Reception at the nearby Rugby Club, and every review of this Guest House was correct, as with previous guests we too could not fault anything from Check in to Check out everything was sheer satisfaction, even better it was in walking distance of our Wedding Venue, so the car was not needed. The En-Suite toilet and... More

We stayed here with our 17 year old son in a family room as we were visiting the nearby university for an open day. The B+B is centrally located in Lampeter, next door to the university and near the High Street, yet was incredibly quiet during our stay. Mrs Williams welcomed us and showed us to the family room with... More

We have just returned from our first stay at Haulfan. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome, the rooms are very cosy and very clean, beds are very comfy and the breakfast is amazing too. We definitely return when we go back to Lampeter.

We've just returned from my second stay at Haulfan Guest House -- the proprietors are welcoming and helpful, making you feel like family. The rooms are cosy and clean, kept up daily. Breakfast is hot, plentiful, and varied. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I had a single room at the front of the house overlooking the college lawns. I was welcomed like an old friend and given service fit for a king. Can heartily recommend this as a modest place to stay where you will be made to feel at home. Breakfast excellent!

I am very pleased to say that this is one of my favourite guesthouses I've ever been to. It is a small place with a limited number of rooms. However each room is done out really tastefully. Very clean indeed and better quality bedding than some luxury hotels. Breakfast is straightforward and delicious and served piping hot. Do not look... More

Just home from three nights staying at Haulfan B&B. We had room 1 which was ensuite. The proprietors are very welcoming and cannot do enough for you. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The only slight thing was that, as my husband is very tall, he found the shower and bathroom a challenge to use as... More

I was made to feel very welcome at Haulfan. Mrs Williams and her husband were very welcoming with a wonderful guesthouse. I stayed in their en suite double room with coffee and tea making facilities. They offer a large range of cooked breakfasts and cereals, according to what you like. They both speak Welsh so this is a perfect place... More

My 15 month old son & I stayed at Haulfan B&B for two nights and not only was it very comfortable and friendly, but the owners were wonderfully accommodating. And the breakfast each morning was superb!
