Highly recommended- calley was brilliant too. Would really recommend it as a last minute stay. There's plenty to eat and drink and the rooms are large compared to much more expensive places. It's the staff that really make it though

Booked in Monday to Friday as working in Chepstow for the week. Total room cost £438 for 4 nights, first impressions was it looked dirty from the outside, windows not been clean and dirty net curtains on the windows, entrance area mat dirty with rubbish and cigarette ends by the door. Booked in and got room 14 on the ground floor, walking down the corridor to the room you can smell its old and dated, once in the room i was shocked how dated it was, mattress was too small to fit the bed frame, lamp shades broken and dirty, bathroom dirty, bed frame dirty and had stains on it, both chairs dirty and had holes in them, did not sit in them, work area stained, TV not working correctly, free WIFI you have to log in and submit your personal details which I did not do. Once I returned from work about 2130, I turned on the shower to find out it was leaking and no water pressure, the hot tap in the sink moved and could only be turned on slightly so was pointless even using it. the noise from the car park in unbearable, constant noise from cars and people using the services, i had to have the window open as the room was hot and stuffy, no air con or fan in the room. Bed far too soft and sank into the middle, noise continued until about midnight then cars turned up and started playing music at full blast, the room above mine decided to come in at 0130 and proceeded to bang around and jump on the floor, it was that loud that the light shades were moving in the room, this lasted about an hour then started again about 0400 in the morning. I was up at 5 for work so in total i probably had about 2 hours sleep, this is unacceptable as i work 12 hours day. I packed all my belongings up this morning and will not be going back tonight or the rest of the week, how can they justify £438 for 4 nights its a absolute joke. Be aware do not stay here unless you have too.

Good parking, friendly staff, basic amenities good - shower, tv, coffee making facilities in room. Entrance right next to services entrance so easy access to food/ drink 24/7. Room itself was tired and furniture looked old and worn. Ok for an overnight stay.

Well located, with rooms clean and tidy, good supplies of everything from soap through to coffee, very helpful services from every one of the team there. Have been staying there now for several months, and not an issue at any time.

Scruffy unkempt rooms. Without heating (the temperature that night was below freezing) Very uncomfortable mattress. No bedside table or lamp. No carpet in one room. Peeling wallpaper. Stains on floor and walls. No staff to complain to.

Room was awful and extremely overpriced at £69. - Room needed redecorating. - Heater did not work, so room was extremely cold. Bed was uncomfortable, with and old and obviously cheap mattress. - Duvet cover had holes in. - One wall light did not work. - No bedside lamps. - Dilapidated Sofa. - Toilet flush almost broken. - No bath plug. - Extremely noisy - Hearing child running around upstairs until 1 am. - Hearing guests in room next door. - Hearing cars in car park. - Hearing suitcases being pulled along the brickwork pavement outside in the hotel car park and hotel exterior entrance. - Only catering facilities were a McDonald's, a noodle bar and a Costa Coffe (Costa only open at breakfast) in the arcade next door.

Eccellent customer service, skill and professional staff on the shifts nights. Rooms was sufficient, very excessive noise outside during the night, cars, louder speakers 3am in the first morning. Preferred room next times stay far away from the car park.
