Stopped for lunch on a rainy Saturday. Restaurant area was not overly busy & we were seated quickly by a friendly lady. Menu's are not huge with some delicious sounding options however as we were visiting at lunch I would have expected a lunch menu or more lighter options. The food we ordered was fresh and tasty as we're the...

Parking a little confusing because of meters but staff most understanding. Steak and ale pie pleasant but not exceptional mushy peas not the best side. Good to have a choice of cask ales by Lees. Decor pleasant and relaxing. Would return.

I stayed here for three nights while working in the area, from the moment I arrived I was made to feel most welcome. I ate in the bar on my first night and had a scrumptious meal followed by a couple of pints of local ale. My room was small but comfortable, warm yet a little dark. I slept very...

We stayed here for a weekend, and it was a choice between this and the uni campus one. Great room with a mezzanine bathroom. Breakfast was really nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful for tourism hints.

I hate saying bad things about restaurants and I feel, like Mary Berry, you should talk more of the redeeming factors. So here goes: There is a good size car-park The place has been recently tastefully refurbished The waiting staff are friendly and helpful On the minus side the food is less than appealing. We should have guessed from the...

Stayed here in a single room after a night out with friends. Nice room, shower a bit small but that didn't bother me. Breakfast was delicious and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Menai Bridge is a convenient location to visit Anglesey and Gwynedd.

Stayed here one night in November. Hotel is located very close to the old Menai Bridge, however its outlook seems to be a busy road junction... Staff are welcoming and helpful. The room I had was a single and a reasonable size for this. Modern décor but spoilt by damp stains from what I imagine to be a leaking roof....

Visited here for Sunday dinner as a family group. Place has recently been refurbished - and that's reflected in the price hike of pretty much everything. Sunday roast was pretty awful. "Fresh cooked" roast beef had been under a heat lamp for so long it was all curled up at the edges. Nothing on the entire plate was hot enough...

Warm towel rail in toilet leaking water, found out at 9.30pm but as we are both in our night clothes and no phones in the room rather restricted. Very small cupboard to hang clothes like children wardrobe!!!! Two nights to go let's see. Not impressed at...

My second stay while on the Wales Coast Path; excellent location for the path, pubs and restaurants; quiet comfortable room with a bath which is always nice after a long day walking; good atmosphere and ales in the bar downstairs; massive breakfast although timely service and attention was lacking.
