Outside was drab & grubby. The indoor public areas appeared to have benefited from some effort. The room offered was a shambles and the bathroom unclean and the lavatory malfunctioned. We declined to stay but were charged full price for night.

Hi Do you have accessible rooms? I am planning a trip with my mother who is not too good at walking long distances - one or two steps is OK. Twin room or two singles preferred.
One or two nights between 16 and 20 June, please.
We'd want to eat one of those evenings, too.
