We loved the food, Superb wine pairing, really nice to meet the owner and his wife with whom we had a lovely chat after dinner. Good interior design with lots of details in the style and charm of an old Hall. Lovely Experience

A complementary glass of champagne greeted us on arrival in the beautiful hall, with a roaring log fire and an impressive stained glass ceiling. Our sumptuous Carmarthen room was so quiet, and the furniture and finishings were picture perfect. More champagne and a cosy chat with our wonderful hosts Angie and Alan were followed by the most exquisite Taster Menu...

Thank you for such a lovely review and for your support. You are right Pale is beautiful throughout the seasons and as we slowly approach spring the first snowdrops are bravely in flower already. We hope to welcome you back in each of the seasons, because from glorious drifts of snowdrops, daffodils and bluebells, through rhododendrons to the autumnal riot...

It was a magical stay! Everything about it was wonderful. Majestic building surrounded by nature. The staff were very professional and treated everyone very well. The restaurant was very good and the service was beyond five star. Ask for the little history about the property. The rooms are all different so you can select your choice through the online gallery....

Great setting, car parked on arrival and was outside for departure. Complimentary glass of champagne and warm welcome. Stayed in the beautiful Criccieth room. The delightful mirror becomes the TV. Delicious food; menu said seasonal variations, Winter never tasted like this before - exquisite. Delightful breakfast. Quaint touches, honesty bar, sherry in the room and wonderful views. Dog friendly.

We have just spent a magical Christmas at Pale Hall, and cannot praise too highly the welcome we received both from the staff and the owners themselves. Our every need was catered for, from our much needed tray of tea on arrival to our lovely room, the sumptuous cuisine and everything else in between! We had great fun on the...

We stayed two nights between Christmas and New Year and the experience was wonderful from arrival to departure. It is the closest we have found to staying in our own country estate! The recent refurbishment has meant beautiful decor, excellent bathrooms, decent wifi and a wonderful atmosphere without losing the originality of a historic building. The staff are some of...

Thank you. Thank you for taking the time to write such a full review and for your very kind words. We want Pale to feel like a home, one where you can kick your shoes off and read book in front of a fire, whilst receiving attentive and friendly service. We are so very glad that that is what you...

We went for afternoon tea with friends. The outside of the building & the garden is perfectly Victorian and full of charm. The Hotel itself is decorated to a high standard and of impeccable taste. Especially as it was Christmas, the decorations & trees were beautiful. With a log fire in the hallway, It was truly like stepping back in...

My wife and I stayed at Palé Hall for a Christmas Eve break and birthday. The welcome was warm and professional and throughout there were individual touches of thought put into everything from the food to the morning tea and layout of the rooms. Luxury is an oft-misused word but we can genuinely say that if you are seeking a...
