amazing place no marked out pitches just go off and find your own little piece rural bliss ,lots of taps and toilets dotted around i have only been out of school holiday times i imagine its very busy in the summer
love this place, only started camping 2018 and Shell Island is the only place we have been to and we kept going back there throughout the summer, it's got everything you'll ever need in one massive camp place! Gift shop, pub, mini-mart, camping shop, and cafe/restaurant,…
Great place for both adults and kids. There’s only a couple of spots with mobile phone reception and no free WiFi access so it’s exactly what today’s kids need in a break away! Facilities are clean, warm and well maintained and there’s a cafe onsite if the weather’s that bad…
We really enjoyed going here. We went out of school time and the weather was beautiful, except for a storm one night, but that just added to the thrill. Stunning views and scenery, quiet and tranquil. You can park up where you like, and we found a very quiet spot near the toilet…
This is the kind of campsite that you don’t have to leave. It has a pub, a shop, beaches, a tidal stream and a harbour. This might suit you and it might not. All the staff are really friendly, and you can be lucky or unlucky with the other campers.
