This place is disgusting. We wore our socks the whole stay as the carpets were so awful. Don't think they have been hovered for a month. Smelt awful .Run by a couple with 2 kids and no staff. My kids shocked. Room was not cleaned. Can't believe they can operate like this. Dogs allowed in the bedrooms. Wish I listened...

We arrived at Bryn Artro and we pleasantly greeted by the owner. He briefed us on the area and showed us to our room. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean with plenty of towels bathrobes and products. We had an evening meal which was fairly priced and very tasty. After our first night we had ordered breakfast in bed...

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. Close to the beach & Snowdonia. Would highly recommend. Lovely local pub too. The drive was to this hotel was beautiful/ driving through the mountains on a winding road. Very picturesque. Situated close to Shell Island where kids can enjoy beach activities including crabbing.

We came to the restaurant for dinner; it was excellent. The dining room is very pleasant with plenty of space between the tables. My home slow-cooked lamb melted in my mouth. My sister-in-law's home made steak and kidney pudding gained a very positive vote of approval and the trio of sausages also obtained an enthusiastic thumbs up. Puddings were well...

My husband and myself visited here at the end of July, we had the quad room which was lovely, bed and bathroom were nice and clean. Breakfast was very tasty and plenty of choice. Lee and Pam are doing a grand job here. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Booked this hotel from a Wowcher site £129 for 2 for 3 nights bed and breakfast At that price you can't really grumble. However the hotel is classed as a 4 star and as such the normal prices are £100 to £125 per night, which if I had paid that I would be very disappointed. On arrival we noticed that...

Not at all impressed, we were in the room in the loft, there was a similey face in the dust that someone had drawn on a beam, there was black on grouting in shower. also flakes fell off ceiling on first night on floor were still there when we left on the Sunday. Breakfast was at 9-00am so everyone arrived...

We stayed for 4 nights and had dinner on the first night - prawn & crayfish starter lamb shank and duck leg mains and cheesecake pud with wine great value. Very friendly hard working young couple who go the 'extra mile' to ensure residents have a good stay. This is not a modern budget hotel but somewhere with character which...
