This is our second visit to the hotel, its really a fantastic place to stay and the food is brilliant. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The whole place, inside and outside is kept immaculate. It is great value for money. Plus you have a stunning view.

We stayed a couple of nights and had a great 3rd floor front room (35). There is a lift which is very helpful. Parking outside the hotel is very limited although there is on street and off street parking nearby. Our room was a super size, fantastic views and a very good shower. Very comfortable bed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was serviced as normal. Breakfast was excellent cook to order. We had dinner both evenings and the food was very good. Would definitely recommend

We stayed at the Caerwylan hotel 4 Sept 2021 for a week. We upgraded to an executive room with a jaw-dropping sea, castle and headland view, it was a good size bedroom and big en-suite. The hotel appears to be in the middle of a refurbishment (no disruption for guests) as some of the public areas, the bar and restaurant in particular, are stunning (I especially loved the dragon backed chairs) whilst the corridors decor appears a little dated. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a super king bed and quality linen. The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and genuine and a credit to the management who were also visible and focused on guest service. The last thing I’ll mention is the great food, despite Covid restrictions “buffet” breakfast was cheerfully served along with a good choice of hot food. Evening meals were imaginative and modern, very well presented and tasty. I can’t recommend a stay here more highly. Hotel is not suited to travellers with children or those with severe mobility issues (although there is a vintage lift).

Lovely location, clean hotel but the best aspect by a mile was the friendly, helpful nature of all the staff, who were truly amazing. The restaurant food was to a high standard and the staff were happy to accommodate slight variations to the menu too.
