Shared a private tripple room with a mate to go walking up the mountains, it had a double bed with a single on top. The accomodation was very reasonably priced, about half the price of near by B&B's. It's a short walk to the nearby inn which does excellent gastro pub food and good beer. The kitchen was great and...

A beautiful hostel. Well appointed with friendly staff. The rooms and dorms are super comfortable and the built in beds make them really comfortable and not squeaky. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. About 15 minutes drive to Pyg track and Miner's track routes up Snowdon. There are no wash and dry facilities but the dry room will allow you to...

A great place to stay with either family or friends, well equipped, friendly staff and good amenities including a good pub and cafe within 5 minutes walk in either direction. In total a great base for any activities in Snowdonia with only a short drive to all the important peaks, we definitely intend to return in the future!

The Hostel was absolutely incredible, we was not expecting it to be so modern and fresh. Compared to other Hostels we have stayed in this was truly refreshing. Homan so helpful even at 11pm when we got there late! Telling us the best routes and where to go. The beds were extremely comfy, clean, more to the standards of a...

This is only a hostel in the loosest sense - forget any memories of rickety metal bunk beds and canteen style eating areas - it is a beautiful place to stay and only a ten minute drive from the pen y pass parking area for the start of some of the Snowdon routes. The receptionist while we were there was...

Lovely hostel, well run. Super kitchen facilities and really liked the communal dining area. It's all got a farrow and ball feel. Rooms are superb, I loved the private bunk beds. Great that dogs are allowed, they added to the atmosphere. Ate at the pub a few mins walk away, book of you want to go - Bryn Tyrch Inn.

Great hostel right where you want it. Perfect for Snowdon, Tryfan and the Glyders. Comfortable, clean, secure and friendly. The kitchen is great for cooking up that post climb chilli and the beds are first class.

Very comfortable, with all the facilities you'll need, and a few clever extra touches (e.g. curtained individual bunks with night-light and plug). Couple of pubs serving good food and beer, plus two very good cafes, all within walking distance, and easy access to Siabod, the Glyders and the Carnedds.
