Stayed here for a couple of nights, very warm welcoming hotel with very friendly manager in charge of hotel. On sight Thai restaurant, which is very handy for people that like decent oriental cuisine. We tried a selection of starters as we had already eaten, the manager kindly took our order & served our food in the bar where we were sat...

I've been a customer at the lyndale for nearly ten years . for the first 4 years I was ordering nu yang (no 31) up to 4 nights a week it's that perfect !! and I successfully recommended the lyndale to over dozens of now regular extremely happy customers . the chef here is insanely good . There are many pluses to staying here: the owner is very helpful, welcoming and jolly. The Thai food is superb. The beds are clean and comfortable, and there is plenty of hot warm in the shower. We'd recommend this place and would return

We had a 3 night stay at the lyndale hotel and it was lovely! Room with a great view towards the sea. Lots of space and a nice bathroom. A thai restaurant in the hotel where we had a very good diner at our arrival. The owner is a very nice man who you can ask whatever you want. Great...

If you like Thai food then the Lyndale hotel is the place to eat. You need to get past the decor(slightly 70's) not a critasism an observation, and focus on the food, the flavours and the service, all of which are out of this world. Four adults, four starters, four mains, two desserts, two bottles of wine,5 pints of beer less than £120 including a tip,great...

We really liked the room & the view we had on the sea. The bathroom was a bit old and could use some renewing. Also the douche didn't work properly, but the bath instead was good. The only issue we had in this nice stay, was that we didn't have a good night of sleep. We kept on hearing noises...

We had a 2 night stay here last weekend. I found our room to be clean, adequate in size, a plentiful supply of tea coffee & hot chocolate in the room. The bed was a little softer than I prefer but then if it had been to my liking someone would have said it was too firm for them! And...

Some reviews seem a little unfair. The hotel could do with some TLC, but for what you pay for I've seen and stayed in far worse. The rooms are dated and with minimal investment could be greatly improved, but the room was clean, yes there was road noise, but that's not the fault of the hotel & there did appear...

Stayed last week for a couple of nights, always a pleasure to return, great welcome from Michael and his staff, Well situated in Old Colwyn, clean, dry, and warm. Had an excellent meal in the restaurant which was busy and well supported by guests and passing trade alike. Breakfast very good, and generous portions for both meals, even a sausage...

There is a Thai restaurant attached to this hotel and for the fussy foodie that I am, I think this restaurant deserves a 5* rating had it not been for my fussiness. My partner and I visit this place every now and then when we want to experience authentic thai cuisine. Don't expect luxury or fancy lightings and finesse, just...
