We arrived on Friday afternoon, having almost cancelled through ill health on my part. I slept for most of the next 24 hours, though this did not stop me from having a magnificent breakfast on Saturday morning on a tray in our room. The room was at the back of the house and I found that I could sleep without...

We stayed at the Drovers for one night in June 2013. We had a very warm welcome by Mike and Jill with coffee and homemade cookies and dog treats for our Jack Russell. The house is about 200 years old and Jill and Mike have done a great job - every room is very special. The food is produced locally...

We spent two nights at the Drovers B&B. It was very comfortable and inviting. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, nicely appointed, and the bed was super comfortable with fine linens and a wool mattress topper. Jill's breakfast was delicious and she was a delightful host and advisor for activities in the area. We had intended to visit a...

We were welcomed by our friendly hosts with tea and homecake in the guest lounge which was very welcome after a long trip. We stayed in the pink room which was very well decorated and furnished with a very comfortable bed and a lovely en-suite bathroom with a good bath and huge shower - all spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent...

We were en route from Aberystwyth and although we did not stay long in the area the countryside looked ravishingly beautiful in the morning mist when we left the next morning. An area well worth exploring in the future. The Drovers was one of the best B and B's we have ever stayed in.The bedroom was very luxuriously furnished and the...

My son (aged 7) and I stayed here for one night end of July 2012 whilst escaping from the muddy carnage of my eldest son's cub camp! We checked in a little later than planned and were greeted by wonderful hosts and the most beautiful twin room and most importantly - lovely, warm bath! Well needed! The beds were so...

Everything was superb. We stayed in the pink room. A spacious, comfortable room in a very characterful building tastefully furnished. The pub across the road were playing loud music well into the evening but we couldn't hear anything in the room, we had a very good night's sleep. The shower, although electric, was one of the best I've used. Breakfast...

My husband and I stayed at the Drovers last week whilst we were on a short break. The breakfast was great - home made jams and marmalade were delicious - and the room was absolutely excellent. A very clean and comfortable House. The Hosts were also very pleasant and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone!!
