Sometimes in life you get the option to spend 3 nights back-packing or flash out in the swisho club rooms at one of the world comfie Sheraton's....we opted for the Sheraton - woo hoo! it was pricey but it was worth it :)
We recently stayed here with a tour group and when we arrived, we had a big problem with our room. The assistant manager, Eric, came up to see us and he said that he would "make this right." and he did. He turned a very...More

I've stayed here many times. It's almost always a positive experience. The room was comfortable, but not memorable. The public spaces are nice. The bar can get slammed though, so service can struggle. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was...More

After a full day of driving, we arrived to the Sheraton feeling beyond exhausted. We were immediately impressed with the scent in the lobby and the beautiful holiday decorations. A nearby staff member noticed we had just come in from the cold and directed us...More
Very nice hotel. But everyone had trouble with the card to use the elevator and open the room door. The restaurant also seemed disorganized to handle a crowd of people. We had to wait quite a while to get a table to eat our dinner.

Hello AB07Prest -
When you check-in, the system will hold funds for the amount of your room and tax and add $50.00 to that for incidentals. I always recommend using a credit card so that you don't hold up funds in your checking account. We also charge $26.00 plus tax for parking each night. There are no other charges than that. If you don't want to put a card down and your room and tax has been prepaid, then you are required to put down $100.00 in cash for incidentals and if you don't spend it, it will be refunded to you at check-out. Thanks.
