We left our room before 9am in the morning. When we arrived back at 3pm we expected the room to have been cleaned but it hadn't.Not a major problem but we rang the front desk to ask if we could have replacement towels and toiletries as we wished to shower before going out for an early dinner.Over 1 hour later and...

This is our second time staying here and still was pleased. It is located across the street from fedex stadium. It 2 seconds from beale street. They upgraded up for being platinum. The bed didn't feel like a normal westin bed and the rooms are a little dated. Don't pay for parking walk two blocks away and there is plenty...

Valet parking was a breeze,, the valets were very helpful and friendly. Checked in NO mention was made of my Gold SPG status, and i was NOT offered an upgrade. The room is small but clean and comfortable. I requested a refrigerator and a microwave,, but there are NO microwaves to be had, the refrigerator was delivered within 10 minutes....

My son and I drove from the Texas Panhandle to Washington DC with a large trailer containing all of another son's belongings and his dog "Bernie". We were attempting to make the 1600 mile trek in two very long days, but after our first 800 mile day we realized we needed to slow things down a bit. Our first stop...

The main thing about this hotel was its location. It was incredibly close to Beal Street and we had an amazing view of the city. Other then that I don't feel itself stood out on it's own. It was just a regular hotel to us.

We were given the most amazing corner room overlooking the Mississippi river; the sunset was incredible! Only complaints would be the small size of the King room and the TV is in a very awkward location (i.e....

I enjoyed my stay at the Westin Memphis. Our room was very clean, the staff was exceptional, and the location is great! If you are heading out to Beale St, you are within walking distance. It is also close to the convention center.
