Stayed there for a business trip in 2013. The hotel has a nice lobby and good location. Room service was bad - linens were not changed on a frequent basis; no security visible at night given that it is located in such a busy area and parking garage is a little sketchy. Not a fan - chose another hotel for...

The best thing about the hotel was the beds. They have the most comfortable beds. If you are healthy conscious like me, they have freshly made smoothies and juices. Very healthy breakfast. Walking distance to everything. Stuff at the front desk were not very knowledgeable about their town. Small gym, but gets the job done. If you are an SPG...

The hotel is nice but does cater to business folk. The front desk staff and the guys that are valet in the front were very nice and always helpful. Stayed there because Hampton Inn and suites was full. There is no security at night visible and there is no free wifi!! Room was nice and clean.

Visited on a Monday and Tuesday...Very quiet hotel...nice rooms, friendly staff, and perfect location! I am a SPG and we were on that floor! Nice! Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. We also visited the bar...slow evening....great drinks!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, especially Pershaun at the front desk. She was knowledgeable about the area, inquiring about any requests or needs we had, and paid great attention to details like names. I was not as impressed with the sleeping rooms as the furnishings and carpet were worn/stained and in need of...

Came here with my friends because one of us was in the IBC competition. Not only was this the best location close to absolutely everything it also had the best restaurant Bleu. From the hostess Carmen, to every waiter (Vinnie)and waitress (sorry forgot their names) we were treated like royalty. We had breakfast and lunch on multiple occasions, the best...

The Westin Beale is a great hotel. This was our first trip to Memphis and it offered a fantastic location, great accommodations, and friendly people. The hotel is about a 30 second walk to Beale. It's also directly across from the FedEx Forum, Gibson Guitars, and Rock N Soul Museum. You are a 10 minute walk to Civil Rights Museum,...

We left our room before 9am in the morning. When we arrived back at 3pm we expected the room to have been cleaned but it hadn't.Not a major problem but we rang the front desk to ask if we could have replacement towels and toiletries as we wished to shower before going out for an early dinner.Over 1 hour later and...
