We were upgraded to the Romeo and Juliet Suite at no cost, It was awesome. Staff was very attentive. Benjamin took care of our needs on the 12th floor. We were headed to dinner during cookie time and he left us cookies in our room. The lobby bar was great for drinks and desserts after dinner. Thanks for the great...

The hotel is a classic from time past. When you enter you can feel why this hotel had stood as a icon for downtown. Very friendly staff. Our room was very clean, bed perfect for a good night sleep. Now the fun starts. The ducks are a must if you have kids and if you don't you still need to...

Dear Oldmxer38, Thank you for your kind review. The Duck March is fun for all ages, but children especially are awestruck by the ducks. For guests who arrive early enough, we allow children to sit up front along the red carpet to get an up-close view of the event. Thanks again, Scott Boucher Director of Hotel Operations 901-529-4131 scott.boucher@peabodymemphis.com

Great experience! My friend and I were there to see the city, Graceland and the ducks. We decided to stay at the Peabody because of it's history. It is a lovely hotel and we enjoyed the room and shops. Tea time was great and everyone was friendly.

I don't know what room goes to the US Presidents who stay here, but the room I had (#614) was dingy. For $300 a night (inclusive of taxes, which are about 20 % of the base), I got a tiny 5 x7 bathroom which is a stretch to call 3-star, a carpet so old its pile was matted-down, haphazard furnishings...

Dear MannyG2000, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. Indeed Room 614 is one of our smaller room types and sits on an interior corner. We do have many other larger room types that come with spacious bathrooms and views of the sun rising over AutoZone Park or setting behind the Mississippi River. I am...

While the world famous Peabody Ducks are an irresistible attraction they are simply just the beginning of the story. Every day at 11am and 5pm you can view the majestic march of the Peabody Ducks from their roof top roost- down the elevators, across the red carpet and into the travertine fountain that adorns the center of the lobby. This...

With only one night in Memphis and getting a reasonable rate for this fancy hotel, we all had a memorable stay, including 12 year old son. Walked to Beale Street, rooftop had a great view and a visit with the Peabody Ducks, history and hotel charm, unique pool (be careful, can be slippery), and getting the chance to see the...

We loved the hotel from the minute we arrived, we were greeted professionally and warmly. Michelle at the reservations desk was awesome, informative and kind! Benjamin, who we met on the 12th floor in the VIP room, was so sweet, kind, funny, sociable and he made sure we knew about attractions in the area and he honestly couldn't do enough...

Went purely to see the ducks everyone spoke of. Interesting spectacle and historical interest. Lovely hotel for coffee and cake in the lobby lounge. Viewing for the duck parade at 17:00hrs was a challenge as it is very popular and I am not tall. However I secured a good view from the mezzanine balcony. The Duck Captain gave a speech...

Dear Kerlma99, Thank you for stopping by to see the Peabody Duck March. The event does get crowded, especially during times like Spring Break and summer, so we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes in advance. It sounds like you discovered one of our best tips: watching the Duck March from the Mezzanine is one of the best spots. You...

Brought our two large dogs to stay at The Peabody. The hotel was very welcoming including providing an elaborate gift for each dog. Lovely lobby that although crowded at night, was a lovely quiet spot to sit and enjoy in the morning. Great locations near to restaurants, Beale street.

Dear Gayle M, Thank you for choosing to stay with us. As you mentioned, The Peabody is a pet-friendly hotel. Not only do we have our 5 resident North American mallards, the Peabody Marching Ducks, but we love dogs and cats, too! We look forward to seeing you and your fur family again soon. An amazing Peabody Experience: While the beautiful surroundings and decor were a lovely experience, it wasn't even close to the sincere friendliness of the staff. At a busy business conference, the constant & genuine smiles/demeanor of the staff was a pleasure.
