I stayed at this most wonderful hotel in the Scottish Highlands in June of 2012 and I absolutely hated to leave. I was with family and had 3 deluxe rooms, 2 with loch views and one of the meadow with the sheep. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, full of beautiful moldings, gracefully proportioned rooms, huge windows, fireplaces that are lit...

Stayed two nights in June 2012 as part of a 10 day tour we had organised in Scotland. The hotel is in a wonderful location by Loch Oich. Of the public rooms, the two lounges are spacious with plenty of inviting armchairs and sofas to relax in with glorious views of the grounds, the loch and the surrounding hills. Our...

I can definitely agree with all the positive comments others have made. The staff were welcoming and courteous, the rooms were wonderful. My teenage granddaughters were very impressed and loved their room and the views from it. Exploring the grounds was great fun. BUT. They definitely should rethink their food service philosophy. The duck was tasteless and tough. The food...

This was hands down the most beautiful place I have ever stayed on any trip in my life. My boyfriend and I got the best room the had with a four-post bed and back view of the lovely water and mountains. It is the perfect romantic location. The price of the room was well worth it. The bed was huge...

We stayed three nights in the Castle Hotel. It is located in a fantastic wooded setting that is tranquil and private on the shore of Loch Oich. The remains of Invergarry Castle stand nearby and you can easily access it by a short walk from the hotel. There are many walks to explore, easily accessed from the hotel. This is the...

Stayed 2 nights in june 2012. I had stayed here around 15 years ago and had such an amazing experience I vowed to go back one day. Sadly it has gone downhill since. You can't fault the building or the beautiful setting, but it needs to do more than that to maintain excellence. Definately an odd atmosphere... Not sure what...

I work in the tourism and hospitality industry so I know a good hotel when I see it. My fiance and I had such an amazing time at this hotel that we will definitely be back again and again. I traveled to the area initially to research my family ancestry and I'm so glad that we chose this hotel. There...

A truly Scottish experience with beautiful traditional rooms. Very relaxing atmosphere with great staff. Located in the most beautiful setting, surrounded by fantastic walks, forests and the Glengarry Loch. Great wine list but slightly disappointing restaurant.

The hotel is beautiful. The scenery and the lake around the hotel is also very romantic. The room is nicely decorated and comfortable. The only thing is that the bathroom could use a little updating. The public areas are really nice and comfortable. Wonderful stay.

Very nice stay set within a lovely countyside setting and excellent view of the loch. Staff were very friendly and the warm open fires finished off a very good stay only slightly let down by the what seemed a conveyer belt system-food, possibly pre prepared and not cooked to order?
