Quite simply it's the aggressive attitude of the man who owns this place who makes a holiday in one of the beautiful campsites / beaches on the west coast a pretty miserable experience. This bully who roves around his campsite looking for an excuse to have an argument spoils any chance of relaxation. What a shame.

We stopped off in Mallaig on the way to the Isle of Skye. By the time we got to Mallaig, we were in the middle of our trip and were in full holidaying mode. We had completely forgotten that it was a bank holiday and that places were full so were a little surprised when we went to our first...

Our family with two motorhomes had pre-booked and paid for two pitched at Sunnyside Croft site as part of our tour throughout the Isle of Skye and the western highlands. This was by far the best site having immaculate facilities out of the several sites we had stayed during our touring. The site is also in a fantastic location close...

We stayed for a week in October in what can only be described as glorious weather. You are spoiled for choice along this coastline but I recon this site would be hard to beat. Sunnyside is set on a beautiful beach location and is immaculate with club standard facilities. The owners take a genuine pride in the site and are...

A site that is nestled on a most beautiful part of the coast with easy access to a glorious secluded beach. Pitches are spacious and designed to make the most of the setting sun and views. Very pleasant owners whose flair and élan for contemporary design is evident in every aspect of the facilities. Well organised recycling and services for...

Everything from free wifi, exceptionally clean showers (with no time limit on usage), free hair driers, external wetsuit/kit/dog shower, easy access to the very clean beach, large pitches with sea and hill views....

We stayed here for 3 nights on a recent tour of Scotland and it was by far the best campsite we stayed on. The site owners are very helpful and informative and the booking/arrival procedure was easy. The site is perfectly situated to explore the beach and cliffs and we cycled into nearby Arisaig and Mallaig. The site has a...

We loved everything about this campsite and felt very lucky indeed to have managed to get a last minute pitch here and we wished we had been able to stay for longer. The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into getting things to a very high standard and the facilities are modern and very clean. Thoroughly recommended!
