This is a wonderful location and an impressive manor house. For some time I have been stopping here for a coffee and more recently a meal or two to break my long journeys. I can't comment on the rooms as I have never yet stayed overnight. However, the staff are really friendly and I always feel welcome. They let me...

Driving the car into the car park of a splendid Victorian building, in a beautiful setting over looking rolling fields, hills and the river Bran, I knew it was worth the long drive. Immediately coming through the front door you find yourself in the middle of a beautiful reception area with a stair case which could have been replicated in the...

Stayed for 2 nights for family wedding. Very well appointed hotel with lovely rooms throughout. Craig and his staff worked hard the whole weekend to ensure all guests were looked after and minor adjustments made without fuss when requested. Food very enjoyable especially the wedding day meal, and thanks to all waiting staff on the day which made the whole...

spent two nights for a wedding at this hotel. Excellent place, refurbished with a lovely new batchroom including bubble bath. Not sure if all rooms have them though. Food excellent, staff excellent, views magnificent. Prices ok. Think about why they might be higher than in other areas. All in all a very enjoyable scottish wedding, location and time.

I made a reservation in September 2016 to stay in the bunkhouse for one night in May 2017. I received a phone call last week to tell me my booking had been cancelled as they had received a bulk booking. I asked if they had found alternative accommodation for us but was met with bewildermount. They had no idea that...

Very good hotel with a great atmosphere. Many details of the old house are preserved and it felt as if we slept in one of the castles we've been visiting. Kind staff, good food, all facilities available that you might need like parking places, Wifi, a bar etc. It's not cheap, but worth the money.

Lovely warm welcome on arrival at the hotel, welcoming staff and open fires and beautifully decorated for christmas. Had meals in the bar which was absolutely delicious and large portions, really good value for money.

We popped into the Lodge after a short drive around to admire the snowy mountains. Had a pot of coffee and a couple of warm fruit scones with jam and whipping cream. Delicious, fair price too. The Lodge itself is a perfect example of a country hunting lodge, gorgeous surroundings, comfy and quiet out of season.

This hotel is situated on the outskirts of the small village of Achnasheen and is surrounded by beautiful scenery. I cannot comment on the bedrooms in the hotel as we just stopped for lunch. The reception area is magnificent, with a roaring log fire and sweeping stair case. It is so homely and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The food...
