We stayed for dinner, bed and breakfast for one night, following our marriage,on 19th October. The welcome we received, and the ambience of the place, right on the ocean, alongside the working Lighthouse, were all first-class. But the biggest plus was the standard of the restaurant! The dinner and the breakfast were just wonderful, and nothing was too much trouble. The only let down was our choice...

My husband and I stayed here the night we got engaged … after having lost our engagement ring in Loch Lomond … It was a day/night we won't forget very easily for 2 reasons - one being the loss the engagement ring and the second being the incredible warmth, hospitality and generosity of the proprietors of the Corsewall Lighthouse and...

I am sorry that your first visit was marred by the loss of your engagement ring at Loch Lomand and it is satisfying to know that your stay at Corsewall went some way to make up for your loss. We look forward to meeting your son on your next visit.

My husband and I along with our son recently stayed at Corsewall Lighthouse and it will be one of our favorite memories of our trip! We had the Lighthouse Suite which has a stunning view. It is very well taken care of and everyone at Corsewall went out of their way to make sure it was a pleasant experience. I...

We Have had two breaks at this hotel in the last 3 months and can not speak too highly. The food is up with the very best and the service friendly and efficient. We stayed in the Stevenson suite and found it ideal. We will return!

I called in on Tuesday, 15th October, on a beautiful autumn day, and it was well past lunchtime. All I wanted was a simple bite to eat and a drink - but what I got was a memorable sandwich served with a really lovely side salad, and by a very charming and most helpful lady. I shall time my next...

Just spent 2 nights at this unique and stunning hotel. The fact that the actual light is still active makes it an even more spectacular place to be at night! The hotel is housed in what I presume were the offices/living accomodation for the lighthouse Keeper. The room had a wee bit of wear and tear which is probably due...

We've just returned from our third stay at the lighthouse and everything is still as fabulous as ever. It still takes our breath away as we drive down the track and get first glance of the hotel. There is ample parking spaces. We stayed in the beautiful Mull of Kintyre room (again) tastefully decorated, complete with tea and coffee making...

This was our first trip to Scotland, although our friends traveling with us have been many times before. Located in an isolated tip of land, obviously right on the rocky shore where water meets land, the Lighthouse Inn is a unique establishment. Imagine my joy of just having just arrived in Scotland and after parking the car what do I see...

We followed a small road to find out what was at the end, and discovered Corsewall Lighthouse. Open to non-residents we had a relaxing lunch in wonderful surroundings looked after by excellent, cheerful staff. Prices were reasonable and enough choice for all tastes.
