We arrived and were warmly welcomed by the hotel owners and shown up to our room. The room was bright, warm and luxurious. We could not find any fault. Plenty of space and an extremely comfortable bed. It was perfect.

Churches Hotel is an excellent place to have a relaxing stay. Hosts Lawson & Lesley look after you from the minute you arrive and nothing is too much trouble. The Hotel is decorated to the highest order. I recommend you eat in the seafood restaurant on an evening. You will be treated to the best Seafood you can get all... More

At late notice we required a stopover within an hour of Edinburgh. We had passed through Eyemouth before and when we saw Churches was available and had excellent reviews so we booked a room for the night. It was easy to find. There was little in the way of on-site parking but we were able to park just across the... More

My self and my partner visited here for one nights stay and could not fault it! In an ideal location on the picturesque eyemouth harbor. As soon as we entered the hotel Lawson the extremely warm and friendly owner welcomed us and showed us around the hotel and took us to our room. The room was beautifully decorated. It was... More

This is a small restaurant with rooms, just 6 rooms I think it is family run by a husband and wife Lawson and Lesley. The rooms were spotless as was the rest of the accommodation, no parking on site but relatively easy on street parking. The food offered was as you would expect in a fishing town mainly seafood and... More

We had originally planned to stay in another hotel in a different town, until I checked the reviews and cancelled it in favour of churches. After my stay I am glad I made the change. The location is fantastic easy to find and easy free parking opposite the premises. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, the B&B is well... More

We stayed here 12 years ago and remembered having a great time, so when we were looking for somewhere for a weekend break decided to have a second visit. I'm so pleased we did. Churches has a unique feel to it. Its private and intimate but not at all formal. Lawson and Lesley are perfect hosts with the right amount... More

Stumbled across this wonderful accommodation by chance. Thank goodness! From the moment we walked into the Reception and met Lesley and Lawson Wood the current owners, we knew that our stay would be quite simply, excellent. The decor throughout reflected the attention to detail that the owners have shown in creating this "restaurant with rooms". Subtle choice of colour schemes... More

We arrived at Churches on our way down from the Highlands heading home. It's a lovely hotel, and the owners were lovely, friendly people! Our room overlooked the harbour as I had previously read a review about this room, I had to book it! The rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard. The little extras in the...
