Food lovely and plenty of it the entertainment is great would recommend hotel lovely and warm as the weather wasn't good but the grounds are lovely would recommend that you visit the staff were very helpful and friendly service

Our first time with Highland Heritage, we were collected in Bradford by a coach originating from Nottingham, it was about 1/2 hour late. Further pick ups in Keighley, Nelson, Blackburn, Preston and finally Lancaster which is notorious for traffic hold ups.

We were in room 24 on the 'half floor' and the noise from above and either side of our room was terrible. The people who were actually in the adjoining rooms also complained of the noise. So this is definatley not restricted to rooms 55 to 59. Hope you find this helpful.
