Such nice people. We got dates mixed up and accidentally stayed an extra night. They didn’t throw us out, instead they redirected the incoming guests to another hotel. The room was nice as well - a garden room, very spacious, with a comfortable bed. The wet room was very good, although a few grab handles and a shower seat would...

Friendly reception staff welcomed us and helped us with our luggage to the room which had a view of the loch, albeit a small view but it was great. Dinner was great that evening as was breakfast next morning. We slept well in the comfy bed with a selection of pillows. Great bathroom and super shower. Free parking and easy...

Arrived on Monday 15th of May 17. At 230 pm. It had been raining all day,but even in the rain the scenery was breath taking. We received a warm welcome and checked in. Our room was huge, a king size bed, and a view from the room ,of Loch Lomond ,we spent two days on a breakfast deal, just doing nothing...

We stayed in the Beach House room 2, which is next to the Loch and has a fantastic view to Ben Lomand. Large room with good facilities. King size bed, comfy and good quality linen. Short walk up to the main hotel, where the staff are friendly and professional. The food was good, the mussels I had were excellent. Breakfast...

Although we did have some issues with it. It had no view whatsover...looking out onto pipes and a wall. I didnt specify i suppose but thought majority of rooms would...

We were excited about staying here while taking a break from walking the West Highland Way. We called the hotel several times to request information and the receptionists were unable to provide even the most basic help. Our room was small and lacked any charm whatsoever. They have live music which goes until 11:30 p.m. We were on the first...

My husband and I stayed here for one night B & B last week which was a gift from our daughter. We paid £20 to upgrade to a Ben Lomond room. It was well worth it for the amazing views. The room was very spacious with a huge comfy bed. My only criticism would be that the bathroom could have...

I booked this hotel and specifically the beach house as it specified on their website, "Quality, stylish fabrics and finishes feature throughout and each room beautifully unique, you will find crisp white linens, wooden floors, chaise-lounges, roll-top baths and views looking out to the jetty, loch and mountains…the beach house is a very special place to unwind and relax." We...
