We stayed at Dall Country Lodge as part of a trip to Scotland which included a circle from Edinburgh, Inverness, Skye and Killin back to Edinburgh. Next time I would make this a destination in and of itself! The town was amazing and the lodge recently acquired by a young couple was beautiful. It is a 100 year old country...

Dall Lodge was a lovely surprise as the photos do not do it justice. The rooms are quaintly decorated with four poster beds, seating areas and lots of tea, coffee and biscuits. The owners are so friendly and helpful even finding a birthday cake last minute for us and decorating the table for my husbands birthday. Beds are comfortable, there...

Whenever I read a review about a touristic venue and the writer says "this has been the best place I´ve been in my whole trip" I usually think "How come? Were the other places bad?" and tend to disregard a little bit that comment. I have to recongnize now that I will become one of those writers when I talk...

Dall Lodge, a victorian villa set in its own spacious grounds with access to the river, is in a beautiful location. It has a wonderful homely feel. My room was comfortable and clean, with a decent sized ensuite with bath. It had glorious views to the nearby Ben Lawers range of mountains. The jewel in Dall Lodge's crown though has...

We were made to feel very welcome, Monica was the perfect host, breakfast was very good and the rooms spotlessly clean. Thank you Monica for the maps and hand written notes and for directing us into the stunning mountains to experience a cafe selling the best cake ever! We had a wonderful time in a charming place.

Recently stayed one night at this small hotel - wish it could have been longer. The owner, Monica was so helpful. She gave us lots of information about the local area and booked a local restaurant for our evening meal. A gem of a hotel!
