Having purchased an itison voucher we were very pleasantly surprised at our 1 night stay at this very friendly hotel. Although the décor is needing a fresh coat of paint in many areas, I could not fault our room. It was small but adequate and nice and warm. Tea/coffee facilties in room added to our comfort. Please don't go on...

This was our second visit to this lovely hotel. Having a good customer experience the first time does not always guarantee the same on the second visit . However one action from an attentive member of staff defined our visit as memorable. In a casual conversation with reception staff over borrowing an ice bucket for our room, the young lady...

Stayed just on Sunday night on a 30 pound deal for a double room. Nice room overlooking the river, dog friendly, attentive and efficient staff and good evening meal and breakfast on Monday morning. Hotel is elegant with large dining hall, cosy bar and lovely conservatory.

Stayed here just for one night through one of these voucher deals. Not expecting much on arrival but was soon pleasantly surprised. The fact that your pet is welcome is a big bonus. Our dog was allowed access to the lounge, bar and obviously the bedroom. Excellent.....Although some areas appear a bit dated, the fact that your best pal is...

We stayed at this hotel last year after a day on the fabulous Munro's surrounding it, we enjoyed that visit very much. This year however the cold shower was too much to cope with after climbing another great mountain. All other aspects of our stay were fine for the money but cold showers are not what we needed! The receptionist...

This is not the Hilton thank goodness but has character of a typical family and dog friendly country hotel. The staff, a mixture of locals and Polish and are all very pleasant and helpful. The manager Michael is a great character and very efficient and circulates between guests ! and does his best to sort out problems. The food is...

The hotel is in a beautiful setting in Killin. We had lovely views from our room which was at the side of the hotel looking towards the mountains and overlooking the river. The room was small with not a lot of space to move around in. The ensuite was also small and pretty dated. The shower cubicle was square and...
