Comfortable spacious well appointed accommodation in a lovely area for exploring Loch Lomand and the Trossach's national park. The interior of our cottage had recently been refurbished to a high standard and had everything you would need. Exceptionally comfortable bed and the spa bath was fab. A lovely home away from home and we will go back again. Friendly owner...

Initially disappointed as web page somewhat mis- leads you in believing you we're going to rent a stone or brick property. Met on arrival with a wood cladded building looking very much like a lodge. Inside however contained everything one needed; however sauna very small as was the jacuzzi bath which we did not use. Allowed two rough collies to...

My boyfriend and I spent a long weekend at Foxglove Cottages. The cottage was clean, presentable and had everything you need. I must admit we were both SLIGHTLY disappointed after staying at another cottage in Lauder which by far exceeded the 5 star quality here..... The sauna is very small and through in utility room so we didnt use it,...

Found this on late rooms when I was looking for something other than a hotel. What a great little place hidden away from the hectic city, it was great value for money and to be able to use your own sauna and jacuzzi bath was worth that little bit extra.. Highly recommend as a little treat to anyone wanting peace...

Stayed for one night at last minute, what a lovely surprise. The lodge was clean and tidy with ample facilities which we didn't use but could have. Woke up this morning with an eagle flying over head and two young bucks in the garden playing. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing get away.

We visited the cottage for a few days to relax and unwind, we couldn’t have asked for more. The owner is very welcoming and helpful, pointing out good places to eat etc. It’s in a brilliant location for exploring the region. The facilities in the cottage are great especially the Jacuzzi bath and Sauna. We woke up to dear in...

Stayed as a couple for one night in February 2013,and we were very impressed with the whole experience. From the welcome from the proprietor, which included a few nice touches like the Valentines chocolates, to the very well equipped accommodation in secluded but accessible surroundings, everything was perfect at a very competitive price. Highly recommended.

Stayed at this lovely cottage just after Easter 2012, whenever i book any accomadation i always read reviews here on trip advisor to get a feel for what i am booking as i am a very fussy and picky person. All i can say is none of the reviews do this place justice, we had the most wonderfull few days...

We stayed here with our son and his girlfriend and were not disappointed. I cooked during our stay and the kitchen was very well equipped. Rooms were nice and sauna was a welcome touch of luxury. Very secluded area within reasonable walking distance of town with magnificent butcher. Owner clearly takes pride in his premises and was very welcoming but...

We are a couple aged 26 and 27 who were looking for a relaxing break. We stayed here for 3 nights in June 2011. The area is very secluded, but lovely. There are 3 cottages in total each with their own drive way. The garden is lovely and looks straight out onto the forest literally a few steps away. The...
