Room was very noisy through the night as overlooked the train station. Arrived wet and cold having cycled in the check in service was like an interruption and not good but the other staff helped us store the bikes. Food was good but pricey and the same can be said for drinks.Won't be rushing back

The room was spacious but the bed, curiously was on the small side. Bathroom and cleanliness fine. We had dinner at the Tullie Inn and it was very nice - fish cooked very well. Our big disappointment was the breakfast. 'Grab a seat and we'll be with you' said the sign, but we had a verrry long wait, with another...

Great rooms but sadly the food and service is appalling, not to say the staff is poor but maybe doing too much, not enough of them, I have stayed on my own with friends on bike trips and find it sufficient but with my partner found it lacking, we ate out every night except one, breakfast was often cold if...

A warm welcome, staff were first class. I deal location to explore the national park, comfortable room, great food. Station close by. Tourist office opposite with very helpful and informative staff. The local people are delightful.

Went for dinner and drinks 29/07/16 and although the building looked amazing and the staff being first class to make us feel happy the food was honking! Not tasting fresh, bland and really cold. Sorry but weatherspoons would have been better and cheaper. Only being honest here! Sorry but i wont be back!!

It has been said numerous times already. The service and staff are truly appalling. Unprofessional and embarrassingly poor. No leadership and no one cares. The women supervisor on 22/7/16 Saturday night (who would promote her to a supervisor) was truly hopeless, No customer service, rude and aggressive I would advice her to look no further in her career than clean...

At the Highland games decided to pop in to the Tullie Inn for a drink and snack. Bsr service slow ( not busy). Menu for outside limited and service poor. Only ordered nachos and chips and only half the order appeared had to go back inside and ask.
