We had such a great stay, Lauren and Stephanie made us feel at home straight away and the rooms are nice, bright, clean and comfortable. I can't recommend this B&B enough - great service, great location right next to the train station and within walking distance to most attractions in the area, cosy and homely feel, great price and a...

Perfect for our stay after walking Ben Lomond. Our room was spotless, clean & tidy. Lauren & Stephanie were lovely and made us feel welcome (very helpful and friendly). Overall we had an excellent relaxing stay here and would highly recommend. Great location too with the train station being across the road.

Spotlessly clean with warm and friendly service from Lauren who made us feel very welcome and even took the time to ask us about the wedding we attended the previous night. Breakfast was superb. Would recommend highly.

As with all other reviews you will find no fault at all of this B&B in this review. Clean, quiet, perfect location, very nice hosts and reasonably priced. Lots to do in the area as well, you could fill a week and still want to come back again, although its a fair trek from South London. All Pubs and Restaurants...

Just returned this afternoon, having had a lovely 2 day stay at The Valhalla in the centre of Balloch. We stayed here in May and thoroughly enjoyed it, so it was a no brainier to return. The B & B was fully booked and has been for the last couple of months, such is its popularity. It's situated 30yards from the...

I personally chose this bed and breakfast as it was by the station in Balloch and in fact it was the most convenient station stay I have ever stayed at. Having said that, don't be put off by train noise - the station is a terminus and the trains are all overhead electric - the approach is slow and quiet...

I stayed here for the Great Swim weekend in August. It's only a short walk to the Loch (and the start point of the swim). Our room was very nice, clean and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. An excellent breakfast too.

We stayed for one night to break our long journey south. It was comfortable and the food was good. Everything we needed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The surrounding location is beautiful with beautiful walks without the need to drive. I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed here for one night after a long and exhilarating day at The Open. We decided to make a weekend of it whilst up in Scotland and booked Valhalla at Balloch with a view to exploring some of Loch Lomond. We were greeted at check in and shown to our room quickly. The room was small but clean, comfortable and...

The new proprietors have kept up the high standards. Everywhere is as clean as a new pin; breakfast was tasty and filling. Warm welcome. Modern feel. Hot shower. Easily accessible by car and train. What more could a man want? Or woman come to that.
