Marvellous small hotel situated on the banks of the river Leven, at the mouth of the Loch. A comfortable old fashioned style hotel with good rooms, great food and drinks at reasonable rates, real log fires, free continental breakfasts, and a very warm and welcoming staff. Will stay again

Good food and nice company but they really need to get the wifi sorted out. 4G available in the area but he wifi in the hotel for computer access is painfully slow, maybe a different provider such as BT or Sky would be better than O2

we stayed here for the three days over Valentines this year, and the hotel was lovely, right from the first introduction to the staff. We arrived somewhat early for check in, However the staff behind the bar went out of their way to ensure that we were given an available room (same size as the one we had ordered) so...

Stayed here 1 night and was impressed. All the staff are excellent, very friendly and welcoming. It is in a great position right on the lake. We took evening meal and have to say it was very good pub grub: the room was clean and had everything you needed. I would definitely stay again and recommend .

We travelled with one year old baby. Staff was great (thank you Rachel) and made sure we have got everything we need. Loch Lomond itself is magical. Perfect road trip place. And food....amazing! We ate the best lamb dish in here.

Stayed here for four nights over Christmas. Room was comfortable, warm and spotless, the best part of the hotel however is found down stairs. The food in the restaurant is fantastic and I mean fantastic with a very well stocked bar. Nothing can beat a good pint with good food in front of an open fire. All of the staff...

I have yet to stay in any of the rooms, but I have had dinner and drinks a number of times. It's always lovely. The food and service are delightful, it's got a warm intimate feel and of course, it's beside the Loch with amazing picturesque surrounds.

Nice hotel, restaurant was very cosy with good food and the staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable but was tired and in need of a make over but I would certainly recommend a visit. If you like walking then this is a good place to stay as its on the shores of the Loch.

Came here for dinner with a few friends while visiting Balloch! Amaaaaaazing food. I ordered a rustic margarita pizza and sweet potato fries which was all so tasty. The staff couldn't have been more lovely!

This hotel is charming, and we stayed for two nights. We arrived and checked in at the bar. There was a big open inviting fire and we had our lunch served by very attentive staff. Our room was overlooking the lake and was a great big room, that had a rustic feeling. The only drawback was that it really stank...
