I spent a most enjoyable three nights at this hotel which is located across the road from the Winter Gardens and not far from the ferry terminal. My room on the second floor had a view to die for. Reception staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. I look forward to returning.

We had a lovely front room which had lovely views. We enjoyed watching the ferries arriving and departing. We had a very good evening meal in the restaurant followed by breakfast with good choices. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Stayed at this hotel many times. I have also stayed in the rooms with and without sea views. On this occasion I have sea views and really enjoy looking out over the Winter Gardens and Rothesay Harbour area. The room is spacious and very clean, modern and contains excellent room facilities including fruit and bottled water. The prices reflect this...

This hotel has wonderful staff and the dinner menu excellent, sadly the breakfast let the side down with dried up bacon and sausages which obviously been cooked for hours before serving. We stayed two nights and it was the same both mornings. The shower head on our room was in desperate need of a clean, spray holes bunged up with...

Thanks for your review and are pleased that you found our staff wonderful. We've got to say we are a little surprised at your comment about breakfast as this is normally commented on as excellent. Our kitchen opens at 7am and breakfast is until 9.30am. We always cook fresh so what happened here? The shower head is another surprise as...

Spent 3 nights at the Victoria during a walking holiday in June. The hotel was in a perfect location and the room was superb with a view over the sea. The food, service and restaurant were excellent and the staff very friendly. The stairs could be a problem for some, but nevertheless, highly recommended.

My parents and my family stayed here for 4 days recently and had a pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and one of them remembered my children's names throughout which was a nice personal touch. The manager was also friendly and made us feel very welcome. The food in the restaurant was very good, both for breakfast and dinner...
