Spent six happy nights. There isn't a lift but if you ask, someone will bring your cases up for you. The food was very good, able to have a very good and filling breakfast with variety. Dinner menu was varied and the food lovely. Staff service is excellent! Must recommend Mairi who was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The bed...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night as attending a wedding on the island. Booked this place after reading good reviews on here, but sadly our experience just left a feeling of being completely ripped off! Paid £104 for double room, inc breakfast which seemed pretty steep but thought this would offer a decent nights stay....

I wish I could write a good review for this hotel, but there was several issues. We were supposed to be staying for 3 nights. The hotel is right on the promenade, and parking is on street if you bring your car. Luckily we only had a light suitcase with us, as there is no lift. Reception is on the...

Hotel in a great location we were there for 2 days.Large room spotlessly clean the little extras like the sewing kit and the shoe shine cleaning pad came in handy as well. the breakfast on both mornings was fantastic, staff are really friendly couldn't do enough for us. We will be back again for sure.

Was really looking forward to a nice meal with family as the foods always been good here. Unfortunately it was a huge let down on all fronts. The food was very average with a high price. When you expect to have a nice mixed grill, you don't expect it to be served with average chippy chips and frozen peas. The...

This hotel is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. The rooms were very clean, but overall the hotel was tired and in need of refurbishment. The staff were not particularly helpful and on arrival we were given the key to our room and left to find it ourselves. The breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Stayed a night on business, it's in a great location right on the front, just a few minutes walk from the ferry. The rooms are on the small side, but OK for a night. Great staff service at breakfast. We also ate at the downstairs restaurant for dinner, good food selection, and a busy place, so book if you are...

Friendly and helpfull staff who were very willing to acomodate our every need. First room we were given was a little on the small side, but when i asked for a change they were more than happy to find us a bigger room. The hotel probably has the best location on the Island too as it is just opposite the...

On arrival I was greeted by a very affable young lady who had obvious good manors and experience of working in public service. Room I have to say neat and clean. I ventured out around 9.00pm and being from a small Scottish town myself appreciated that bars close early even though it was a Fri. After 1/1.5 hrs out I...
