We turned up just after 2.00pm on a very cold and windy Monday on our final stop out before moving into our new house on Bute. We stayed one nightin late January. I was given a room on the third floor. No one told me that they'll cut off the heating. I woke up at two a.m. feeling my head is frozen. It was sooo cold, too cold. In the morning the hostess told me I should have come downstairs and ask for a heater. Easy...

Lovely welcoming B&B on a beautiful spot in rothesay, we were made to feel very welcome and the owners were extremely helpful with a few requests we made, the beds were comfy, the rooms were clean and warm, the toilets were very smart and the showers were excellent also, lovely cooked scottish breakfast in the morning, so to sum it...

Had a cracking three night break here over new year. Kristine and the family couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others. Enjoyed walking parts of the West Island Way. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice.

I stayed overnight in a quiet and comfortable en suite room. Breakfast was excellent, and the view from the dining room across the water was so peaceful (mind you, I was lucky with the weather!) that I could have happily sat there all morning. Staying overnight for a wedding. Immediately felt at home in St Ebba's B&B, from the welcoming Christmas tree in the window to the sea views in the daylight. We needed a night in Rothesay while exploring family history on the Isle of Bute. Amazing B and B close to the ferry, lovely host great choice for breakfast and great price. Comfortable room and amazing claw foot tub. Highly recommended

We spent three nights in the big room with the awesome sea and hills view, huge bathroom and big bed made for a comfortable stay. Service was very warm and friendly, breakfast options can be selected the night before and you will not be disappointed. Spent 2 nights at St Ebba and had a lovely time. The owner was attentive and helpfull and our room was very very good. Breakfast was delicious and they offered good choices to my Ceoliac husband Gluten Free sausages he was happy! Highly recomended.
