Noisy road traffic, bare room, scruffy, poor value room (same price as 4* hotel we had just left) two star noisy sleepless experience. I know there are descent places to find when touring so we won't be put off wonderful Scotland.

This is a spacious bar that does food as well as coffee and not just alcohol. Friendly and efficient service and the toilets are clean too. We always visit here when we go to Kirriemuir. Its worth a visit.

We stayed here while visiting family in Kirriemuir. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff were accommodating and friendly. A very good gas for exploring the surrounding area.
