This is a spacious bar that does food as well as coffee and not just alcohol. Friendly and efficient service and the toilets are clean too. We always visit here when we go to Kirriemuir. Its worth a visit.

We stayed here while visiting family in Kirriemuir. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff were accommodating and friendly. A very good gas for exploring the surrounding area.

Stayed over after a family funeral, despite the sad occasion we found the Thrums to be friendly and welcoming. Room was very spacious but comfortable bad no complaints. Food was nothing special but good traditional pub food, as expected. Will go back and recommended
