The room was excellent with fantastic views over the golf course. Every member of staff was polite, friendly and helpful, making the stay a delight. My only disappointment came when my wife asked for the A La Carte menu and we were given the fixed menu which was rather expensive even though the food was excellent.

We, a party of 4, were at Meldrum House Hotel on Saturday for dinner. We arrived early expecting to be taken to the waiting room for pre dinner drinks, instead we were taken straight through to the dining room. The menu was very restricted if you didn't like game you were hard pushed to find a decent meal. I was...

We stayed one night in the amazing Turret room up an outside stone staircase. The room truly has the WOW factor but we had to request two electric heaters from Housekeeping to enable us to fully appreciate the enormous room! A Huge bathroom complete with a stand alone bath and a shower taking up one of the turrets, a small...

First impressions at the end of a long drive were very positive- floodlit fountains, and a spectacular baronial building. Stayed 2 nights in one of the lovely new rooms. Extremely comfortable, with a generous and luxurious bathroom, comfy bed, and a balcony overlooking the manicured golf course .. The place is a handsome and historic house, but the combination of...

Just spent a night at the Meldrum House Hotel at the discounted January rate of £80. Stayed in one of the new bedrooms over looking the golf course. Rooms were completed last June. Hotel itself is the epitome of the country house hotel with the old part well looked after. We had a bed and breakfast rate and did not...
