A very nice pub meal and ideal location for a family reunion. My wife and I are from New Zealand but I was born in Aberdeen and left 51 years ago. My relatives planned the visit to the Newburgh Inn because my mum and dad were married their in 1956. Amazing experience and a welcoming environment. Thanks.

My son, his wife, my wife and myself booked 2 nights b+b at the Newburgh Inn over New Year 2016-7. The hospitality was superb and service excellent. Value for money was incredible. The rooms were exceptionally clean. We were also treated to an unexpected continental breakfast on our last morning as we had to leave early.

great hotel for a couple. We enjoyed the room and the facilities, it wasn't noisy and had a nice big double shower. We did find a wee 'gift' left in the toilet which was a bit off putting at first but overall the place was great. The service from the staff was top notch.

I'm pleased to say we have stayed or visited the Newburgh on a number of occasions since it opened almost 3 years ago and have never been disappointed. The standard of the hotel, the food and local surroundings are 5 star. The menu is changed regularly and there is so much choice. The standard and quality of the food matches...

My friend and I had a lunch in here on tuesday. We both had the christmas turkey meal for main course and it was very tasty. The turkey was moist and all the potatoes and vegetables were well cooked. Crannachan tower for dessert was delightful. All in all very nice indeed

What a Gem, Scottish hospitality at it's best, lovely polite staff, extras in the room such as iron, ironing board & power shower, were great touches especially the full sky subscription, as some nights we just wanted to chill in our room with a bottle of wine. The food is lovely with a large selection on the breakfast menu which...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
You'll love the choice here at The Newburgh Inn. As well as wonderful pub-food classics such as handmade Aberdeen Angus Beef Burgers and locally landed hand-battered North Sea haddock and homemade chips, we also offer some modern twists. Bring the kids along, too. As a family-friendly pub, we pride ourselves on providing good food for the little ones as well. So we offer smaller portions of some of our main dishes, as well as a dedicated set price menu Our chefs work closely with our suppliers daily and weekly sourcing our fresh produce from within a 50 mile radius of our premises. We support and invest in our local farmers and industry, purchasing only the freshest local produce each and every day. We work with our suppliers to ensure that we have a manageable and sustainable source of produce which is environmentally farmed. Co-owner Martin can often be found traipsing through farms checking out the produce for quality and looking at the current farming methods. ... more   less
