We stayed at Glenarroch Bed and Breakfast. The room was a little tiny but it was clean, enough to sleep and enjoy the day. The breakfast was in the restaurant next to the B&B. You can order whatever you want from their breakfast menu (including a full Scottish breakfast). They give you 20% of discount to have dinner in their... More

The B&B looked like a 50 years old house badly need renovation from the outside. If not because of a sign outside, the house did not look like a £90 per night b&b. The inside was recently re-done. There was no staff around and no sign of how to check in. Someone staying in the place happened to met me... More

Staying at this B&B was a nightmare from the moment we walked through the door. In the main area & in the stairwell, the carpets were dingy, the walls were scuffed up, and the air smelled stale. The bedroom, which was on the top floor without its own bathroom, was badly outdated - peeling wallpaper, icky carpet, and a dirty... More

Three of us made a fairly late booking over the Easter Holidays and Skye is always busy. We stayed at Glenarroch part of Saucy Mary Complex. The twin room was £130 for two and the single £85. This seems very expensive to me but is about the going rate. The TV did not work, the hotwater and heating were not... More

The people are very friendly. The room is very small. A single bed and a double bed which is very small (135cm wide). Due to a long lasting power cut no heating and no hot shower. No view, just empty beer barrels and waste containers in front of the window. Breakfast is simple but good.

We stayed overnight in a triple room (queen & single beds) on the ground floor, and had a view of the alley with garbage bins. People walk past frequently and can clearly see into your room, but we just kept the blinds shut. The room was very small with not much room for 3 suitcases. There is a closet &... More

The room had a really comfortable bed and breakfast was really good.Food is served in the pub next door at Saucy Mary's. The reasons for the low rating is because the room was tiny, had no shelving space to put things, and washroom was tiny with nowhere to put clothes. The toilet seat was also not properly fitted so it... More

We booked on line for the Glenarroch B&B, we had not read all the details unfortunately on Late Rooms so did not realise there were 2 buildings and you could be in either one. We were in Witchwood, the first thing that greeted us was the owner stood at the front door smoking. The cream carpet on the stairs was... More

This was the most inexpensive option, we had a regular and small double. The small double is quite wee, not much room to maneuver, but all the room you need for a place to stay. Clean new bed, good shower, hot water, not much floor space. Everything seems new, paint, carpet, bedding, etc. Very freshly done. Tea, coffee and kettles... More
