Lovely views over the bridge to Skye from the hotel and car parking is easy. The room was clean and basic with everything you need but the main lounge and dining areas need investment. Internet is only available in the lobby area. We couldn't go into dinner until late because we were told 2 coach parties had priority. They also...

Horrible place to be refurbished. Unprofessional service. Room was dirty and not as booked. Find alternative solution... i booked last minute and it was the only negative experience we had travelling in Scotland.

This hotel is the worst value for money we've ever had, but even if it was half the price, we would still never go back. We are not looking for luxury, and although everything the other reviews say is true (old, badly up kept - the paintwork is seriously done by a child - no wifi), that didn't bother us....

Visited 24th-28th April on coach trip. After an 8 hour trip from Glasgow the hotel was a welcome sight. Check in was quick and room, bright ,clean and comfortable but very cold. Requested another heater and softer pillows in the room the next morning and when we returned from our trip later the room was nice and cosy with extra...

spent 2 nights (29th & 30th April)at this hotel on Skye .I found it in need of some T.L.C. A little paint would help.Staff were friendly but the food was average.Although I don't drink the bar was closed until six pm and I could not get a soft drink at half past four. This is pretty poor for an island hotel...

Stayed for 2 nights on bus trip, and was surprised after reading previous comments how I personally found them a little unfair. Food was adequate for all we paid for our trip. Rooms were clean and fresh towels daily. Plenty hot water in bathroom . Staff seemed pleasant enough especially in dinning room. Great location .

Well where do I start? We arrived after a very long drive due to ferries being cancelled as it was minus 2 degrees with high winds and snow to be checked in by a very surly Eastern European blonde lady who was in fact very rude! She pointed to where our room was. To be fair the room was ok...

Got off to a bad start when the room I was allocated smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Receptionist said I could be moved next day. This did not seem to be forthcoming until the bus driver intervened and a vacant room was made available to me. Food fairly good, hot and quickly served. Hotel tired although the beds were very...
