I just stopped here for dinner as the local chippy was closed and I was pleasantly surprised! The big beef burger with onion rings was decorous! Great price too, and the staff were nice. They did forget to serve us a side we ordered but after all we didn’t need it as the burger f

Clean, convenient, decent breakfast. Well priced.
Enjoyed the bar area. The majority of wait staff were very good.
Booking in and check out would have been far more pleasant if the respective receptionists attempted to be friendly and cordial.

I have trouble with stairs. What room would you suggest?
Did you call them? They are a helpful bunch , and yes we had stairs, although there is access through a lower level (from car park) access to dinning room. Hope you go and have a great time ;0)

Was there a hairdryer in your room? Thanks for your help.
Just read the comments re not looking in drawers at the Dunollie Hotel on Skye.Unsure what this person means. Our room was in need of upgrading but it was spotlessly clean. The hotel itself was in need of a bit of T L C but the excellent food served in the elegant dining room made up for this. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Is the hotel accessible? I am a full time wheelchair user.
Scottyted, There is no lift and the dining area had a srairway! If you are on the Bay side of the hotel I would get room service as the dining room was packed and breakfast was a buffet! It may be more difficult for you to get around! Good luck! Skye is a beautiful island and go to Ragmuffin at the ferry it is a really cool store and is accessible and there are other shops as well!
