After reading the reviews we were pleasantly surprised. Very good steak. The ensuites could do with an upgrade but the view made up for that. Great value and would certainly book again if there was an offer.

My fiancé and I stayed here with our dog for 2 nights. The girl at reception was amazing. Very helpful, chatty and friendly! The other girl that served food / worked in the bar was also wonderful. We spend a lot of time chatting to the pair of them! Our room was okay. It

Room was comfortable and clean. But there was no mini-safe, and few bath room amenities. The bath room was cold and poorly designed. The WIFI required a new sign in with each use. The breakfast buffet was OK. But had limited selections. Visibility was limited by stormy weather

Cheap products and tatty walls.
I have trouble with stairs. What room would you suggest?
Did you call them? They are a helpful bunch , and yes we had stairs, although there is access through a lower level (from car park) access to dinning room. Hope you go and have a great time ;0)

Was there a hairdryer in your room? Thanks for your help.
Just read the comments re not looking in drawers at the Dunollie Hotel on Skye.Unsure what this person means. Our room was in need of upgrading but it was spotlessly clean. The hotel itself was in need of a bit of T L C but the excellent food served in the elegant dining room made up for this. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Is the hotel accessible? I am a full time wheelchair user.
Scottyted, There is no lift and the dining area had a srairway! If you are on the Bay side of the hotel I would get room service as the dining room was packed and breakfast was a buffet! It may be more difficult for you to get around! Good luck! Skye is a beautiful island and go to Ragmuffin at the ferry it is a really cool store and is accessible and there are other shops as well!
