I stayed in this hotel as part of a walking group, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel was very comfortable, nice rooms, lovely food and very friendly people. Also a nice whiskey selection! The hotel is overlooking the sea and near the beach, with views of golden eagles and deer in the evening. Perfect. The only criticism I would have...

The rooms are clean, cosy and nicely decorated. Our rooms were en-suite. A beautiful remote location, great for exploring the south side of Mull and visiting the Isle of Iona with the marvelous cathedral. David is a great cook!

A small hotel with a friendly staff who are genuinely interested in their guests' welfare. Rooms clean and quiet, food very good. Out in the wilds with access to a truly beautiful beach but at the same time strategically located for local attractions, climbing and hiking.

Another great stay at Ardachy House Hotel - a beautiful location with nearby coastal walks and convenient for boat trips from Fionnaphort. Have stayed in two rooms which were small but functional. We enjoyed the delicious dinners, packed lunches and breakfasts, and made use of the lounge for pre -dinner drinks and after dinner relaxation. We were made very welcome and...

Small hotel in a very scenic location. I had a small single room which was comfortable enough for me. The food was absolutely fantastic and the staff were excellent. With no television or radio the view from the lounge window was superb. Handily located for trips to Iona and Staffa and a trip to the Treshnish islands is not to...

Somewhat belated review, and I note the yurt is currently unavailable but thought it would be worth a review anyway! Had an excellent visit to the yurt, greeted by a friendly dog and an equally friendly owner. The yurt was well appointed and pretty luxurious for a night under canvas. The breakfast provided in the hotel was excellent. Yurt guests...

I stayed here for five days as part of a photography tour. The staff went out of their way to assist us. Nothing seemed too much trouble. OK my single room was not huge, but it's en suite and quite sufficient for a single person. There is neither TV or radio in the bedrooms which somehow befits the quiet, rural...

Stayed here 2 nights. Beautiful setting, lovely outlook. But rooms are small (bit like being in a small chalet / alpine lodge), lovely food. About 2 miles from nearest pub / restaurant for alternative eating place.

We came in early July for a family holiday with two grannies, a crawling one-year-old, and parents. We could not have hoped for a better holiday. We had the most wonderful food, clean rooms and wonderful time in the sitting area and nearby beach. Very welcoming to us all and we are especially grateful as we had come a long...
